Dance Of Abundance With Your Business

Welcome to the dance of abundance with your business meditation.

You can be in any position for this meditation as long as you're comfortable,

Relaxed and feeling open.

Close your eyes and begin by inviting your business into the space with you.

Imagine that it's opposite you.

You might see it in some form or you may just be aware of its presence.

Notice that the chakras of your business are directly opposite your chakras.

And then visualize both for yourself and your business that there is a huge root system coming out of the foot chakras or in the business's case right where the energy body,

The aura touches the earth.

From there there's a root system growing down deep into the earth.

And from your feet chakras there's a root system growing deep into the earth.

And it's also spreading out wide,

It's incredibly expansive.

Notice that some of those roots between you and your business intertwine.

Feel the strength and the support that they give you.

And be aware how strong and supported your business feels with this root system anchoring it into the earth.

As I guide you through the breathing,

Imagine that the breath is flowing into your business at the same time as it's flowing into you.

So begin by taking a deep breath into your lungs,

Expanding your rib cage and then breathing out and letting go.

When you're ready,

Breathe in deeply again,

This time filling your entire body with the breath.

And when you're ready to breathe out,

Breathe out down through that root system,

Sending your breath down into the earth.

With your next in breath,

Breathe in beautiful,

Loving earth energy up from the roots through your body and then breathe it out through your crown,

Sending it out to the universe.

Feel that flow of energy from the earth into your body,

Also from the earth into the business and then it's going up through the energy body and out through the crown chakras.

And then that energy begins to come down from the heavens.

It flows down back down into the earth,

Circling downward,

Going deep into the ground,

Then coming back up through the root system and back through you,

Back through your business out the crown chakras again and around.

So this is beautiful cycle of energy moving between you,

The heavens and the earth,

Between your business,

The heavens and the earth.

You and your business are part of this beautiful cycle of energy.

Allow yourself to relax,

To open up so nothing is blocking this flow of energy.

Now put your focus back onto your business and ask your business to dance with you.

You might put your hands out in front,

You might hold it like you're doing a waltz,

You might prefer a tango or some salsa,

Whatever inspires you.

And just by making this invitation to your business,

You're inviting your business to experience this joy and this flow and the pure energy of movement with you.

So as you make contact with your business,

How does it feel in your hands?

How does your business energy feel?

Does your business seem excited about dancing with you?

Or is it apprehensive or a little nervous?

Is it wanting to grab you and swirl you around?

How does it respond to your invitation to dance together?

Let yourself be aware of that response,

Feel that response.

And as you connect,

How do you feel in your body?

Do you feel uplifted?

Are they positive feelings or is there some hesitation on your part?

Are you experiencing any emotion?

Maybe different emotions than what you'd anticipate.

Tune into any emotions you're feeling,

Tune into any sensations in your body and then start to move with your business.

And as you do,

What happens?

Are you both flowing freely or does it feel like you're tripping over each other's feet?

Just play with this.

It's fun.

Just play with it,

But also pay attention to what happens as you and your business dance together.

Be the observer.

If you find you're flowing beautifully,

Keep that dance happening.

If you find there is a little bit of hesitation or tripping over each other's feet,

Pause,

Reconnect your root system and start again.

As you're moving in flow with your business,

Send it love.

Feel it that you're really wanting to dance with it,

That that's what being in business is all about.

The two of you dancing,

Moving,

Flowing together,

You are wanting to be the best partner ever for your business.

Send love to your business.

Send encouragement like,

Come on,

Let's keep going.

Let's do this together.

Let's find each other's rhythm.

Let's be in perfect partnership.

Play around with this.

And at the same time,

Bring your energy down into your sacral chakra and be aware of your business's sacral chakra.

And as you move together,

Feel the energy passing between the sacral chakras.

You might see the energy move in an infinity symbol or in a circle,

Or you might see it in a more direct,

More linear way.

How is this energy passing between you?

This energy of creation,

The energy of joy,

The energy of attraction,

The energy of abundance.

And as you dance with your business,

Keep your focus on the sacral chakra energy.

Keep it flowing.

Keep it connected.

Your business is your partner.

You are on this journey together.

It is a major part of your abundance.

You are a major part of its abundance.

You've signed up for this journey together to bring each other joy.

See that energy passing between your sacral chakras.

It's a beautiful orange energy,

A fiery orange energy.

It's activating each of you,

Activating the sacral chakra,

Activating the abundance energy.

And as you dance and move together and have this flow between your sacral chakras and this attractor energy is shining,

You start to gather a crowd around you.

These are your ideal clients.

They're drawn in by your magnetism.

More and more people are gathering around in awe of this beautiful movement between you and your business.

Feel them coming in,

Feel them drawn in to your sacral chakra energy and to your business's sacral chakra.

Feel their love,

Feel their appreciation and they're so overjoyed with what you're giving them that they just want to give back.

It's part of the flow.

Let that energy,

Let that joy,

Let that movement and flow move right through your whole energy body.

Feel your magnetism and how powerful it is,

How beautiful it is just being in this flow.

Now bring your focus back onto your business again and the movement between you and your business.

The joy of the dance,

The connection in the dance and send your business gratitude.

Thank it for the dance.

Bring your focus back into your sacral chakra and feel how alive it is.

This is your creative energy in its power.

This is the energy of abundance in its power.

Place your hands on your sacral chakra in your lower abdominal area and feel the energy pulsing.

Notice that the pulse is in time with the pulse of the earth.

You're connected.

You're open to all the abundance available through the earth and then put your focus back into your feet chakras on the balls of your feet.

Feeling the earth energy flowing up there so strongly as it flows up into your sacral chakra as it brings you abundance.

And then begin to move your feet,

Your legs.

Slowly come back into your physicality.

Do your arms,

Your hands,

Your shoulders.

Stretch or do whatever you need to do to come back into your physical body.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and come back into your space.

And when you're ready,

You're open to all the abundance available through the earth.
