Just beautiful Jade💚 So delighted that you’re back on InsightTimer I witnessed you grow and channel your boundless energy, and so just wonderful that you're combining your Dr Joe with your earlier meditations. Yes yes yes - please more longer ones - and I'd loved if you were called to include the beauty of your yoga nidra style to allow us to bathe in your words once you have relaxed us into a calm and receptive state. 30 minutes, 60 minutes - I often still go back to your long ones like the one on positivity and joy
