Hi Earth Angel and welcome.
This is one of my most favorite meditations I've ever written,
Inspired by the deep connection I felt the other day while I was walking through the forest and realizing that I am one with it.
Let's take a deep breath in,
And as you inhale,
Feel your chest rise.
Not because you are breathing,
But because the universe is breathing through you.
Continue to breathe,
Continue to feel.
This is more than a meditation,
It's a remembrance,
A dissolving of the illusion that you are a small being in a big world.
You are not a visitor in this universe,
You are an expression of it.
Allow your breath to breathe you into this moment,
Letting this truth move through every cell.
You are not separate from anything.
You are an expression of the universe,
Experiencing itself,
As you,
As a human form.
Since childhood the world taught you a story,
You are here,
The universe is out there.
But that story has never been true.
The same consciousness animating your heartbeat,
Is the same consciousness blooming flowers.
The same energy flowing through your nervous system,
Is the energy guiding birds across continents.
The same intelligence that knows how to heal your body,
Is the intelligence orchestrating galaxies.
You are made of the same atoms as the stars,
The same element as oceans,
The same cosmic dust as every planet in the sky.
You have never been separate,
You have only been asleep to your magnificence.
Taking a deep breath in,
Repeating the words softly in your mind or out loud,
I am remembering who I am.
I am one with all that exists.
Bring full consciousness onto your breath,
Inviting in breath into the space of your lungs.
Air that has traveled through trees,
Mountains,
Through every creature that has ever lived.
Energy is neither created nor destroyed.
And this energy is one with all living,
All conscious expressions in this universe.
Every inhale is a reunion,
Every exhale is an offering.
As you breathe the universe,
The universe is breathing within you.
Your soul,
Your energy,
Is woven into everything,
It is connected to everything.
You are life itself.
The consciousness in your mind is the consciousness in the waves that crash against the shore.
The consciousness listening to these words is the consciousness that paints sunsets across the sky.
The consciousness that dreams inside of you is the consciousness dreaming life into existence every single day.
You are not separate from the universe.
You are the universe looking through human eyes.
Feel the divinity in that.
Feel the magic in that.
Feel the relief in knowing.
You don't need to fight for connection.
You were born connected.
And when you remember your oneness,
Your oneness with nature,
With the elements of earth,
With the past that used to roam this planet,
With the ones we cannot see but we can feel,
With every single human being on this planet.
When you remember your oneness,
Something ancient awakens within you.
Stress falls away,
Because the universe does not need to worry.
It only creates,
Expresses,
Expands.
It is absolutely perfect as it is right here,
Right now.
Right here,
Right now.
Feel your stress melt away,
Knowing that you are perfect.
You are magic.
Breathing a breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Fear dissolves from your being,
Because the universe does not doubt its worth.
It knows its power.
Allow all fear,
Let it go,
Surrender it.
That is the humanness of you,
But here,
You remember your universe within you.
As you breathe in,
And breathe out,
Lack completely disappears,
Because the universe is infinitely abundant,
And everything it expresses,
Including you,
Was designed to be abundant.
Just as you are.
You don't need to change.
You don't need to earn.
You don't need to prove.
You are abundant.
Repeating the words in your mind.
I am divine intelligence expressing itself in human form.
I am perfect because creation itself is perfect.
I feel the universe moving through me with each breath and heartbeat.
Because you are the universe.
When you ask,
You are not asking something outside of you.
You are directing the intelligence that you are made of.
You are speaking to your own infinite nature.
You do not manifest from separation.
You are manifesting from unity,
From the same fabric of your being,
Woven into the fabric of everything in this world.
Don't you see that you are cut from the same cloth?
Your desires are not random,
They are guidance.
They are your higher self revealing the next expression of who you are becoming.
So,
Begin to direct your energy,
Your awareness,
Into your next desire,
Revealing the next expression of who you wish to become and are becoming here and now.
Feel it.
See it.
Become it.
You are the co-creator of your life.
This divine intelligence is expressing itself in every moment of your existence.
You were chosen to be here for a reason.
You are so loved.
And everything that you desire is already yours because you are the one with the source that creates worlds.
May you never forget that you are one with everything.
The illusion of separation is gone.
