Now I invite you to take a few moments to snuggle down,

Get comfy and we're going to begin our guided journey together.

I call this the tide within.

Get comfortable now beautiful soul and allow your body to soften and your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Let your hands rest gently,

Perhaps one on your heart and one on your belly,

But whatever feels right for you in this precious moment.

With every breath in,

Imagine you're inhaling peace and with every breath out,

Release whatever you've carried,

Whatever is left within you.

You are safe and you are held.

You are not here to perform,

You are here simply to receive.

Feel yourself land in this body,

In this moment,

In this sacred circle.

Now in your mind's eye,

Begin to imagine yourself standing on the edge of a moonlit shoreline,

It is dark,

The new moon only allowing just a slither of light,

But there is enough to see the ocean that stretches out before you,

Vast,

Mysterious,

Shimmering beneath the glow of our dear grandmother moon.

The air is cool and salty,

The sand beneath your feet is soft,

Slightly damp and grounding you.

You hear the sound of the gentle waves kissing the shore,

A rhythm that is older than time,

It's a lullaby for your soul,

This is your place,

A place between the worlds,

A sacred threshold where healing begins,

Where healing continues,

Where healing may even end.

And as you stand here,

You begin to notice the weight of a shell on your back.

Like the crab,

Cancer's sacred symbol,

This shell has protected you,

It has held your memories,

Your fears,

Your grief,

Your loyalty to others,

Even when it cost you your peace.

And now it is safe to open.

Imagine the shell gently softening,

Loosening,

Begin to feel what's stored inside without any judgment,

Emotions,

Old stories,

Moments unspoken.

You do not need to carry it all,

The moon is here,

The ocean is listening.

Begin to release into the tide,

Whisper to the waves,

I release what no longer needs to stay.

And as the tide pulls back,

Feel it taking what you are already to let go.

You may see images,

You may feel nothing,

You may feel tears,

The water returning to the ocean.

All is welcome,

Just breathe and let it flow.

I release what no longer needs to stay,

I let it flow.

I surrender to this moment,

I am safe,

I surrender and release what no longer needs to stay.

With every breath,

It is done,

It is gone.

With every wave that flows,

It is done,

It is gone.

And with each breath now,

Your body feels lighter.

And so you sit on the sand,

The shell now behind you,

Resting like a reminder of your strength.

You sit at the edge of the world,

Gazing out across the endless horizon.

The ocean is still,

The sky is clear,

The stars sparkle like promises.

Breathe in the expansiveness,

Feel how the ocean stretches beyond what you can see.

Endless,

Unknowable and full of possibility.

Let this truth ripple through you.

We live in a world of infinite possibilities,

So don't let others or your past narrow your vision of what you can achieve.

Now something catches your eye.

There it is,

Resting gently in the shallows.

It is a glowing orb,

A vision,

A dream,

A possibility calling you forward.

Let yourself move towards it,

Pick it up and hold it in your hands.

It is light and it is warm and it is familiar.

This is a dream that once lived inside you and maybe it still does.

Maybe it's one you were told was too much,

Or not enough.

But it's back now,

And it's yours.

With your dream held close,

Ask it gently.

What are you here to show me?

What part of me do you awaken?

What would life feel like if I let you grow?

Now allow the dream to expand in your mind's eye.

Allow all your senses to come online.

What does this dream look like in its fullest form?

And what do you hear in this new life?

Laughter,

Music,

Joy or silence?

And what does it smell like?

Is it salty?

Does it smell like books or flowers or pure fresh air?

And what do you feel in your body when you imagine it as real?

Let yourself dream without limits for a moment.

Let the vision stretch wide just like the sea.

You don't need to know the how.

You just need to feel the truth of it.

Gently now place the dream in your heart,

Like a pearl placed inside a sacred shell.

It is safe there.

It is growing.

You have released what was heavy.

You've remembered what was true.

And now you rise.

Slowly and gently.

Return to your breath.

Return to your body.

Return to this very moment.
