Hello precious one,

It's time to rest,

To renew and restore,

Inviting the day to gently slip away,

So you can slip into a restful slumber,

Knowing that tomorrow you'll wake refreshed and ready for the new day.

I invite you to find a comfortable position in your bed.

There's no right or wrong way,

Just the way you'd like to be.

This is your time to let go.

Let's begin by taking a deep cleansing breath together.

Allow the air to fill your body,

Refreshing it and as we exhale deeply with a sigh,

Allow tension,

Worry or any low vibrational thoughts to simply disappear with the breath.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in love and kindness.

Breathe out tension.

Become aware of the mattress beneath you.

Notice how it supports your beautiful body in just the perfect way.

That's right,

With each breath allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into the nurturing embrace of your space.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out stress.

Deeper and deeper,

More relaxed.

Continue with a few more deep breaths now and imagine a warm spring breeze on your face,

Crispness in the air and a warm white light falling on your crown.

Allow this light to encase you and as it does it cleanses you,

Awakening your senses and allows a deep relaxation to flow through your body.

This clear bright white light relaxes as it moves gently through your body,

Releasing any tension as it floats within.

Relax your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your neck and shoulders.

Smile to yourself and then just let the relaxation come.

Feel the tension release in your arms and fingers.

Be supported by that mattress.

Let all the tension go.

Breathe now into your heart space and fill it with the white healing light,

Enveloping you with warmth and love.

Your tummy,

Your back,

Your hips and legs,

All the way down to your toes.

Just let all the tension go and feel the comfort of deep deep relaxation.

Continue to breathe in your own beautiful rhythm and should thoughts enter,

Allow them to come and go with love.

It's time to let go now,

To relax.

With each breath feel the relaxation deepen and the sense of comfort and safety become stronger.

Bring your attention to your feet and imagine roots beginning to form from the soles and as they grow they wind down and swirl creating a connection to Mother Earth.

These roots ground you to the source of life.

These roots connect you to other beings and know that you are part of something majestic,

Larger than ourselves.

We add to the collective and we are one with it.

We are alone and we are not alone.

We are nourished and supported by our beautiful planet,

Mind,

Body and spirit.

Breathe in once more and scan your physical body for any signs of tightness,

Any remaining tension now and as you notice any area just simply say hello.

Exhale and let the tension crumble into a million little particles that work their way down your roots into Mother Earth.

Her gift to us is presence and when we reconnect with nature we reconnect to ourselves.

Let's take a moment to be grateful for the many blessings we receive today.

Thank you for the air we breathe.

Thank you for the nourishment we received.

Thank you for the moments we noticed opportunity to grow and the lessons we took with us.

Thank you for the kindness and compassion we showed ourselves and others and for that which we received in return.

Thank you for our loved ones.

Thank you for those who challenge us,

For those who smiled and showed us they care.

Thank you for the work we do.

It gives us purpose and passion and a reason to be each day.

Thank you for this precious day,

This precious moment,

This precious life.

Now add your own special gratitudes and feel the energy of gratitude expand throughout your body and with it intensifying the light within.

That's right precious one,

A perfect moment.

Let's release those things we are still holding on to from this day.

The thoughts,

The worries,

The cares and imagine them shrinking down now tiny into a pretty little envelope.

Seal the envelope energetically with love and tomorrow you can decide whether to open it or not.

Maybe there'll be no need.

Repeat with me precious one,

I create my happiness by accepting every part of myself with unconditional love.

My happiness comes from within me.

I am pure light.

I make a difference by simply being on this planet.

I expand my joy when I share it with others and happiness is reflected back to me in everything I attract.

May happiness continue,

May my happiness grow.

I choose presence,

I choose peace,

I choose calm.

Tomorrow is a new day and I welcome it with open arms but for now I surrender to the comfort of sleep.

I surrender to my higher power.

I trust all will be well.

All will be well,

All will be well and so it is,

And so it is.
