This is Janee,

And welcome to Yoga Nidra,

Embrace.

As you begin to settle,

And even before you close your eyes,

Focus on the familiar things in your room,

Floor,

Ceiling,

Doors,

Windows.

Feel into the support of the earth cradling your body,

And feel your body sinking into the support of the earth.

Feel the familiar rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.

Embrace the closing down of the eyes as you tune into your body.

I embrace clarity and intention with my heart and soul.

Ignite.

I breathe love into my vision.

I fully open to possibility.

Chin,

Right jawline,

Left jawline,

Brow center,

Top of the head,

Pointer finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Bring awareness to your left shoulder,

Elbow,

Wrist,

Pointer finger,

Navel center,

Tailbone,

Right hip,

Knee,

Ankle,

Right big toe,

Bring awareness to navel center,

Heart center,

Throat center,

Brow center,

Crown of the head.

On your next breath,

Begin to count backwards from nine.

Inhale nine,

Exhale nine,

Inhale eight,

Exhale eight,

And so on until you get to zero.

And if you don't hear my voice,

Start over again at nine and go backward again as you continue to breathe.

Bring in a circle of energy of acceptance around your body.

Feel its vibration,

And in that circle plant wisdom,

Safety,

And enoughness.

Allow the energies to meld.

Welcome in the vibration of pure gold,

Green calcite,

And amethyst.

Know your wholeness.

Feel into the energy of you in this backdrop of silence.

Draw a circle of cosmic truth around your heart.

Feel its vibration for three breaths.

Draw a circle of creativity around your third eye,

That brow center.

Tap into the energy of now,

Zero point energy of wholeness.

As you feel into this energy,

Inhale from the back of the body to the front of the body,

And exhale from the front of the body to the back of the body,

As if that energy can be pulled up with the inhale through the body from the back to the front,

And pushed down on the exhale from the front of the body to the back.

Notice if you can move the awareness of the breath to the third eye center.

See if you can sense or imagine breath breathing in and out of the forehead.

Is there warmth,

Coolness?

Whatever is there,

Sense in with your body as you breathe in and out through your mind,

Through that brow center.

As you continue to breathe from the third eye center,

Sense into your ancient ancestors,

Spiritual protectors,

And angels sitting around you in your energy.

Allow the love they have for you to warm your heart,

Warm your body.

Feel their acceptance of you deep within your body,

Connected,

Centered,

Stable.

As you feel into their energy,

Listen for guidance and messages.

As you continue to breathe,

Settle your attention behind the forehead and begin to visualize a reflective pond,

A garden pathway,

A bird in flight,

Brightness,

A galloping horse,

An envelope,

A swan,

A field of flowers,

A dog wagging its tail,

Brilliance.

I embrace clarity and intention with my heart and soul.

Ignite.

I breathe love into my vision.

I fully open to possibility.

Feel into the outline of your body,

All around your arms,

Fingers,

Legs,

Whole body.

Sense your body being cradled by the earth,

Supported.

Notice the weight of your head,

Shoulders,

Hips,

Heels,

Your breath still breathing.

Begin to bring movement to your fingers and toes,

Wrists and ankles,

Softly blinking your eyes open and taking a stretch if that's what your body needs.

I invite you to linger here and feel the energy of silence,

Stillness,

Brilliance,

And I welcome you to stay in this energy as long as you would like.
