On your next exhale,

Soften your gaze and close your eyes No need to breathe in a certain rhythm,

But breathing in through the nose and out through the nose Pay particular attention to the space between the breaths Now see with this breath if you can relax the body on your exhale Continue to see if you can use your breath to relax your body On your next breath,

Bring a slight smile to your eyes and lips See if you can feel the warmth of the smile in your body Imagine your easy smile is covered in sunlight Imagine this warm sunlight also spreads to your shoulders and to your chest Take one last inhale through the nose and an audible exhale through your mouth Open your eyes
