Creating a space in which you can sit or lie.
Finding the position where your body is most comfortable.
With your posture and body language one of strength and openness.
With your surroundings free from distraction.
Gently closing over your eyes.
Allowing your attention to be drawn in towards your body.
Removing your thoughts from the external.
And arriving completely into the present moment.
Calling all aspects of yourself into this space.
Connecting to your breath.
Consciously breathing in through your nose.
And exhaling through your open mouth.
In through your nose.
And exhaling out through your open mouth.
Continuing this cyclic breath throughout the meditation.
Until it softens within your body into a natural breathing cycle.
Through your mind's eye.
Visualise yourself from a bird's eye view.
Gather an understanding of what your energy looks like within this space.
The shape of your energetic field.
The colour or colours that surround you throughout your aura.
Whatever you see or feel is what you are ready to be shown.
I invite you to connect to your solar plexus chakra.
This energy centre is connected to your personal power,
Your self-esteem and your confidence.
Envision a small glow just above your belly button.
Like a tiny light bulb filled with bright yellow light.
This is where your solar plexus chakra is located.
Lengthen your breath into this area and allow an intention to course over you.
An intention for you to grow and expand your horizons beyond your current self.
Sending this light all the way through your being.
Feel your connection to this energy.
And with each breath,
Feel the light from your solar plexus develop and broaden.
Observe the radiance building as it passes your stomach.
Shivering down into your lower abdomen supporting all of your organs.
Melting through your hips,
Pelvis and genitals.
Cleansing and clearing as it shifts stagnant energy.
Stretching down through your legs,
Knees and finding its way down through your calves and shins.
As it glowing out through your ankles and your feet.
Watch as it fuses up through your arms and into your chest.
Rippling through your shoulders,
Into your head.
Feeling this light flood through each one of your muscles,
Tendons,
Ligaments.
And deep down into your bones.
Sense this emanating light growing bigger and stronger.
Connecting you to the aspects of inner strength,
Willpower and self-discipline that shine from within you.
This light is the essence of you in your truest form.
Drive this light further.
Diffusing it through all of your capillaries throughout your body.
Watch as cell walls glow with a yellow light as they are all encapsulated.
Breathe deeply into that space for two large breaths.
Further extend this light to pass through your pores,
Flowing out into your body's energetic field.
See the energy of your personal power,
Self-esteem and confidence advance out into your aura.
Feel completely immersed within your power.
Meditation is simply another word for communication.
Communication with your physical,
Energetic and spiritual bodies.
Within this powerful space that you have created,
I invite you to ask your higher self,
Your soul a question.
It may be a question of health,
Financial matters,
A new friend,
Relationship or about your life's purpose on this earth.
There are no questions too large or too small.
All are valid and all worth asking.
For today's communication,
I ask that you channel one question.
The first question that divinely drops into your consciousness is ideal.
It will be the most connected question waiting to be answered.
In a moment,

I want you to see the words flow from you and circulate around your illuminated energetic field.
Sit with these words and listen,
Tapping into your intuition,

Take note of these energetic changes within you after you allow yourself this time for stillness and healing.
For this day and for all days,
Everywhere you are,

Your sacred space does not have physical or energetic boundaries.
All you have to do is visualize it around you and ask the universe and it will provide.
Bringing into this rested state a deep conscious breath which calls for your higher self to return to your physical body.
Letting your tummy rise and your chest expand as your spiritual energy enters the present realm.
