Hello beautiful souls,

This is June B and welcome to an amazing night's sleep.

Thanks for being here for another in the series of Bedtime Tales with June B.

Today we will take a peaceful walk along a nature trail.

Let's begin.

So get into your favorite sleeping position,

Make sure you're comfortable,

Close your eyes,

Relax your muscles and slowly imagine yourself melting into the bed.

Now let's go to your breathing,

Slowing down the heart rate and let's take some nourishing breaths together.

Last time breathe in breathe out settle in now get comfortable let go of everything that happened today and let's relax together let yourself focus on my voice if your mind wanders it's okay bring it back to the sound of my voice keep your breathing slow and steady let's go on our journey together today we are going on a trek through this beautiful field up and down a lot of small hills and trails I love being out in nature and there is a scientifically proven reason why myself and many others love it being in nature can boost your mood and improve your mental health spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress calms anxiety and can lead to a lower risk of depression apart from all that it's just so much fun right being out in the great outdoors they gave it that name for a reason it's such a natural and peaceful place to be I have always thought about living in the country myself actually once I was going to pack up everything and move to a place in England called Devon right in the heart of the country Devon is a place where some of the best ice cream in the UK is made and any of you that know me well know I love ice cream I would call myself an ice cream specialist June B the ice cream aficionado that sounds so cool right well enough about ice cream and back to the trail so we have on our comfy shoes check sweatpants check rucksack check water bottle check and off we go making sure we have enough water to keep us hydrated is an important thing so we take our time and walk along this beautiful trail and see what awaits us can you imagine this tranquil and peaceful trail now the weather is warm the birds are singing a sweet melody while they watch you walk by the sweet smell of grass as if it had been freshly cut wafts through the air and the intoxicating pretty pollen of the wild flowers tickles your nose no sneezing just the deep rich and sweet smells in the air all around you taking this walk along the nature trail gives me the best opportunity to not only be close to nature it also allows me to completely clear my mind bring my thoughts back into the present moment and allows me a deeper connection with the earth and nature itself it is a special time for me that lets me ground myself and feel so much more settled I am afforded the opportunity to unplug from all social media and as the old saying goes really smell that coffee the beautiful way that life intended you to experience in peace tranquility and total joy all these amazing sights and sounds around me as I walk and with each step a new and even more beautiful scene emerges before my eyes the wonders of nature never cease to amaze me and the wonder and beauty of this amazing planet we call earth is one to be revered and honored when we take time to slow down and give thanks for the beauty that is all around us no matter how hard our day has been one little walk in nature changes our perspectives and allows us to feel whole again knowing we are part of something special something wholesome something greater than ourselves and also something that we are a part of we can make a difference in this amazing world each and every one of us in our own little way if you think that that is not so think about a cup of water that is full to the brim and being balanced on the edge of a shelf that one final drop causes it to tip and fall over that is what we are that final drop that one drop that can disrupt anything and also help to heal everything at the same time what a humbling and beautiful thought I'm not sure about you I'm getting sleepy even thinking about it so I'm ready to let go fully and surrender to sleep thanks for joining me tonight and as you slowly drift away have yourself a great night's sleep and looking forward to seeing you again for another in the series bedtime tales with June B good night Pclass disciple T,
