Today I want you to forget all your worries if only for a moment and have a good laugh.
Everyone who knows me knows I love to laugh and it really doesn't take much for me to burst out into a good old belly laugh.
So let us begin.
Take a deep breath and think of a funny story,
Something that makes you really laugh,
A topic that you find funny,
A joke someone has told you,
A scene in a movie or something one of your kids or even your pets do that always has you in stitches and let's have a good old laugh.
Let yourself go now and have a giggle,
No judgement,
No oh I'll have to keep this in because I'll look silly,
Let it all go and be happy.
I'm sure you can think of something that makes you laugh,
Keep laughing for a few minutes and enjoy this time for yourself.
If you really go deep enough you should be bent over with tears in your eyes.
Now that's a good laugh.
Even if you only manage a smile today that is also so good for you,
More than you would ever know.
