Hello beautiful souls,

This is Joon Bee and welcome to a beautiful night's sleep.

Thanks for being here for another in the series Sleep Stories with Joon Bee.

Join me as I listen to the rain beating down on a tin roof.

So let's get into your favorite sleeping position,

Make sure you're comfortable,

Close your eyes and slowly imagine yourself melting into the bed.

Now let's go to your breathing,

Slowing down the heart rate and let's take some nourishing breaths together.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Last time,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Here I am visiting a friend and the rain starts to literally pelt down.

He has a tin roof and the noise is amazing.

Have you ever heard it before?

Rain pelting down upon a tin roof?

No?

You don't know what you're missing.

Oh my,

Stop and listen to the sound of that.

It is rain,

Pure and simple and it sounds absolutely beautiful.

It's loud,

Coarse and at the same time so soothing.

There is almost a clapping sound to the water falling.

Such a strong yet comforting sound.

Does that even go together?

Not sure,

Although for some reason it really works.

I could stay here for hours listening to this musical melody of water drops,

Thousands of them all ending up the same place.

I even played a game with myself,

Trying to listen closely to separate the sound of individual drops and seeing if I can track it when it starts to fall and when it ends.

Now you listen closely to the water and think about how the sound makes you feel.

Do you feel warm?

Smooth?

Do you feel happy?

Comforted?

Or do you feel at peace?

Take the time to listen to the spaces between the water.

How does that sound?

Or not,

As the case may be.

Can you feel the gaps between the clapping of the huge raindrops?

It really takes practice.

Learning how to live in the place between the raindrops is such a beautiful place to reside.

A place of not getting wet.

A place of knowing you are in the right place at the right time.

A place of pure potentiality and ultimate freedom.

Knowing you are safe and you are home.

It is also like looking at the space between the leaves on a tree.

This can put you in a place of pure becoming,

Because concentrating on space allows you to slow down and appreciate all that is.

Helping you to start living in the moment.

Listen to the raindrops as they fall.

Let everything else go.

Find the healing there and the opportunity to be in this present moment without fear,

Without judgment,

Without criticism.

No stress.

No appointments.

No kids to transport back and forth.

No expectations for anything else,

But being here in this very moment.

Feel the moment here right now,

Where there is nothing else but you and the sound of the raindrops falling on this room.

The sound of the raindrops falling on this room.

This is your place of power.

A place where possibilities are endless.

This is your place of visualizing all you have ever wanted.

Right here in these little raindrops,

Rushing to the ground in an attempt to bless the earth with nourishment only they can give.

Also this amazing sound that can be used to cleanse yourself of the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

And to bring you that clarity you need to see what is right in front of you and that is pure peace.

Can you feel it?

Breathe in deeply now and feel it washing over you like the raindrops falling to their natural resting place.

Free yourself from all that is weighing you down.

Feel the freedom of the falling water,

The way it hurtles to the ground,

The way it never stops until it reaches its destination,

The way it knows its purpose and really goes for it.

Can you feel that freedom?

Being in tune with your own body,

Mind and spirit.

Allowing yourself to flow with life.

And not to resist what happens.

Instead work with it and go exactly where you are meant to go.

Trust in the process.

Trust in the falling raindrops.

Trust in this very moment.

Right now this is our new place of ultimate peace.

A place where you feel so at home and at rest.

A place where there is nothing in your way,

Nothing to harm you,

Nothing to stop you from reaching your full potential.

Can you be in this place right now?

Yes you can.

Be here right now.

Feel how there is a oneness with you and the falling raindrops.

Feel how amazing it is to really be free.

Free with your thoughts and free with your heart.

Allowing all the endless possibilities to take root and flourish in the space of pure unlimited potentiality.

How does it feel?

Amazing.

Breathe again and go deeper into that place.

Reside there.

Live there in this very moment.

Know all is well with you and nothing can take this feeling of pure bliss away from you.

Not now.

Not ever.

Let the raindrops show you the way to let go and unlock that boundless potential that you have locked away in your inner mind.

Release it now.

Release it now.

Allow it to come out and bless you with all the abundance it can muster.

Ask the beautiful raindrops to seal the deal with this feeling and whenever you hear these raindrops again you can go right back to this place of pure love and ultimate peace.

Breathe and listen.

Breathe,

Breathe and just be.

Thanks for being here with me for a while.

Concentrating on these raindrops has been peaceful to say the least.

I'm getting a little sleepy now and I'm sure you are too.

So as you slowly drift away have yourself a great night's sleep and see you next time for another in the series Sleep Stories with Juby.

I love this series of sleep stories and again this was really helpful for falling asleep. I appreciated the inspiring words during the story part. I also really liked the overlay of soft music that would accompany the raindrops here and there.
