The essence of the message emphasizes the importance of being present in the current moment. It suggests that a wandering mind, often lost in memories or future dreams, can lead to missed opportunities and experiences. By becoming more aware of your thoughts and staying focused on the present, even in challenging or mundane situations, you can find valuable lessons and growth. The message also contrasts the concept of linear time on Earth with the timeless nature of the Higher Realms, highlighting the richness and potential of fully experiencing each moment in our lives. I want to thank Claire Ottewell for being the voice of Shaltazar and Music of Wisdom (Narek Mirzaei) for the background music.

Shelters are Oracle card number 22 now here.

Where are you in this moment?

Are you here in the now or are you wandering off in countless different directions?

Are you in the present moment or are you recounting experiences of the past or dreaming about the future?

How much energy do you exert trying to be somewhere else?

Do you ever wonder how much you are missing by not being more fully present?

Maybe it's time to stay in the now here more often.

Your wandering mind is the source of much of your suffering.

Do you ever take time to watch your mind?

Have you noticed how a thought leads to a thought that leads to another thought?

Before you know it you are a million miles away from your initial thought and you don't even know how you got there.

It is so easy to be lost in your mind while life is passing you by.

Maybe it's time to become more conscious of your thoughts and where they take you.

That can be challenging but worth the effort.

The present moment can be so rich,

Full and expansive.

If only you could stare deeply into the now without allowing your wandering mind to take you someplace else.

Even the boring,

Challenging and difficult moments can be a great source of learning and growth.

If you permitted yourself to be more fully present you would come to realize the richness of all moments in your human life.

In the higher realms there is no time.

All exists in the eternal now.

But in the linear time of your planet it is often tempting to escape someplace else,

Especially if your present moment is uncomfortable or unpleasant.

But let us assure you that you are missing out on so much of your life by not being more fully engaged in the now here.
