Hello and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Jelena Foo.
Today's meditation is named Healing Breath.
This meditation helps you to feel more grounded,
To heal yourself and to improve your energy field.
We are going to use breath to help us direct the energy into different chakras to improve our energy levels.
Please prepare for the meditation.
Sit comfortably on the ground,
On the chair or you may choose to lie down for this meditation.
Straighten your back,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your jaw and your face and close your eyes.
For a couple of moments simply follow your breath as it is without trying to change it in any way.
With the next inhale direct your breath into your heels,
Into your toes.
Feel the energy in your feet connecting to the ground.
Feel the strong grounding earth energy joining your breath going into your energy field.
With the next inhale direct the breath to the top of your head.
Feel the energy on the top of your head connecting to the energy of the universe.
Feel how your breath is getting stronger,
How your body is getting stronger with new additional energy from the universe.
With the next inhale direct your breath to the heart.
Feel your heart expand and open and connect to the energy of love.
Feel the love entering your breath and your energy system.
Release now all three energies from the universe,
From the ground and love empowering your breath.
Feel that energy as vibrations,
Waves or maybe see it as light,
Sparkles.
Send that energy to your hands,
To the palms of your hands.
Feel the warmth,
Vibrations as you slowly place your palms on your lower belly,
Place where would be the first chakra.
Keep breathing into your first chakra,
Just around your pubic bone.
Feel the love and grounding and healing coming to you through your hands and breath.
Slowly move your hands below your belly button to the area of the second chakra.
Breathe into that space.
Feel the healing sensations from universe,
Ground reaching your whole system.
And gently move hands above your belly button to the third chakra.
Keep breathing.
Feel new fresh energy coming into your field and everything unnecessary,
Stale,
Negative leaving.
Place your hands on your chest,
On your heart chakra.
Breathe into your heart.
And when you're ready,
Move your hands gently to your throat and hold them there on your fifth chakra.
Maybe you can notice some tingles.
Maybe you can see some colors in front of your eyes.
Maybe there's nothing.
It is all okay.
The energy follows the focus.
More focused you are,
More healing and more energy you get in that area.
And slowly move your palms and place them on your forehead to work on your sixth chakra,
Third eye.
And finally,
Place your hands on top of your head.
Notice any sensations or warmth.
And keep breathing.
Sending your breath into the area where your palms are.
Now rest your palms back in your lap.
Let go of focusing on the breath and simply feel healing vibrations working wherever they're needed in your body.
Surrender to the inner body intelligence and allow it to work.
We are coming to an end of today's practice.
If you want,
You can stay here resting in the energy for a little bit longer or you may slowly return to your activities.
First,
Bring your attention back to the space where you are,
To your body.
Gently move your fingers and toes,
Maybe stretch your arms and legs.
And when you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
