Each morning you stand at a crossroads.

Will you let one difficult moment define your day?

Or will you see the bigger picture?

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Feeling your ribs expand,

Your chest open,

Holding for a moment.

Exhale softly through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

Unclench your jaw.

Notice how the stillness begins to settle in.

Feel yourself arriving into this moment.

You have permission to have a good you.

You don't have to have a good day today.

Because today isn't about the day at all.

It's about you being enough.

That begins by releasing the pressure.

Distractions will show up.

You are human.

Every time you return to your breath,

You return to yourself,

To freedom.

Notice the gentle air expanding within you.

This is how you return to yourself.

Let your breath remind you.

You are good.

Allow yourself to rest in silence.

Just your breath,

Your body,

And this moment.

If your mind wanders,

Simply return to the breath.

I'll watch the time and I'll welcome you back.

Gently bring your awareness back.

Feel the weight of your body.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

This is your moment to have a good you.
