What do I need most today?

What energy do I want to bring into this day?

Let a word rise up,

Just one,

Whatever you need,

Let the word find you,

Let it be safe and sacred,

Breathe your word in,

As you release,

Let your word fill every cell of your body,

Draw your word in with another inhale,

As you release,

Feel your intention expand within your body and feel its energy multiply,

One final deep breath in,

As you exhale,

Let your intention illuminate outside your physical body,

Like a cocoon,

And silently lock in your energy,

You're ready.
