Get in a comfortable position and slowly allow your eyes to close.
Now once your eyes are closed,
Notice if there's anything in your body that's holding a little bit of tension,
A little bit of contraction or restriction.
And if there is,
As you inhale,
Inhale right into that space.
And as you exhale,
Watch that space relax.
This could be happening around the shoulders or quite often the back of the neck or maybe even in the lower spine.
But just notice what parts of your body could be released just a little bit more.
Could surrender to relaxation just a little bit more and give that space permission to completely relax.
And then begin to take a few full deep breaths,
Not necessarily into this particular space anymore,
But just allow these breaths to wash over your whole body.
So as you inhale,
Inhale through your nose,
Allow the breath to go in through the throat,
Down through the chest,
Into the belly.
As you exhale,
Watch it come out from the belly,
Out from the chest,
From the throat and back out through the nose.
Again,
Inhale through the nose,
The throat,
The chest and the belly.
And exhale from the belly,
The chest,
The throat and the nose.
Three more breaths like that.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhaling,
Exhaling.
Last one,
Big breath in and complete breath out.
Allow your breath to become normal again.
And I'm going to invite you to bring in some sort of intention into your day.
Something that you would like to move forward with.
And even if this intention feels as if it's in the future,
So for example,
Perhaps your intention is to be present.
So even if in this moment you're getting a little bit distracted or you feel like you're not completely honing in this presence,
I'm inviting you to really imagine what it feels like to hone in this presence,
To really be present.
So instead of creating an intention of I will be present or I'm going to be present or I want to be present,
I want you to create an intention that starts with I am.
I am present.
I'm abundant.
I'm grateful.
I'm strong.
I'm intelligent,
Whatever it may be.
And set that intention.
Maybe you bring in two intentions or three intentions.
And as you come up with this intention,
Repeat it inside of your mind and really feel it like it exists right now.
Feel how it would feel to exist right now.
How would it feel to exist in this exact moment?
So set your intention now.
And now invite in the feeling of this intention,
The feeling of you completely satisfying this intention.
And now begin to visualize yourself throughout your day,
Throughout the next moves that you do once you release yourself of this meditation.
And visualize yourself really honing in,
Really living up to this intention.
What's it like to be with this intention?
What's it like to live this way?
What's it like to courageously and wholeheartedly feel and live this intention and make it become so deeply and passionately and truly alive?
And fully breathing your intention.
Breathe in I am.
Breathe out whatever it is you're inviting in.
Again,
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And as you inhale and exhale,
I want your breath to become even more powerful,
Even more rejuvenating.
So breathing in strongly I am,
Breathing out strongly your intention.
Really inviting it into flourish,
Inviting it into completely wash over your body.
And now begin to draw your attention to the space in between your eyebrows being your third eye.
And feel your intention exist right here.
And repeat it inside of your mind or even out loud.
Repeat this intention and channel it from your third eye,
From this very intuitive psychic space,
Watching it manifest into your day,
Watching it manifest into your week,
Watching it manifest into your life.
Bring this intention in so strongly.
Feel it in your third eye.
Feel the space between your eyebrows heat up with this intention.
Heat up with this strong way of living wholeheartedly.
Watching this part of your body becomes so alive,
So alive with this intention.
Watch it manifest.
Allow it to manifest.
Make it manifest.
You have all the power in the world to make this come to life.
You've already made it come to life.
It has come to life.
It is alive within you now.
Feel it strongly in the space of your third eye.
Feel it passionately.
And now feel it in your heart.
Bring this intention into your heart center.
Feel it as it becomes alive in your heart center.
Feel the heat in your heart center and repeat your intention quietly inside your mind or out loud or even scream it if you can.
Scream it inside your mind.
Scream it out loud,
But really feel it in your heart.
Really feel the heat of your heart become alive with this intention.
You are a powerful being and you have the ability to manifest this.
You are manifesting it.
Bring it in.
Bring it to life.
Watch it flourish.
Experience it.
And now simultaneously,
Feel this intention alive in your third eye,
The space between your eyebrows and in your heart center,
Right in the middle of your chest.
Become completely aware of both of these spaces and feel how alive your intention is.
And know that as you move forward throughout your day or your week or your month,
You can just bring your attention to these two spaces.
Come back to this intention.
Come back to this mantra you created just for yourself and repeat it to yourself out loud or inside your mind,
Knowing that it is there to support you.
It is there to free you.
It is there to manifest with you the life that you want,
The life that you deeply desire and know in your heart center,
Knowing your intuition that it's the life that you deserve.
The life that you are always meant to live is to set this intention and bring it to a space of existence.
Bring it to a space of existence and breathe it in three more times.
Inhale and release.
Breathe in.
Let go.
Last one.
And take your time.
As you feel ready,
Slowly begin to open your eyes.
