Hi and welcome.

I'm Jenny Mayo and this is a five minute Reiki infused self-love meditation.

Let's start by finding a comfortable seat or lying down.

Take any shifts,

Stretches or wiggles you might need before finding stillness and begin to close the eyes if that feels good.

We'll start by just letting the body land,

Softening into the support beneath you.

We'll take two clearing breaths,

Just releasing a little bit of the day.

Exhale fully to prepare,

Long,

Slow inhale through the nose,

Sighing loudly to release.

Let something go.

And again,

In through the nose,

Exhale,

Sigh,

Release and soften.

We'll start to draw our hands together just in front of us.

Begin rubbing the palms together rapidly,

Building some heat,

Coming to stillness with the hands and just letting them rest anywhere on the body where you might like a little extra love and TLC at the moment.

And maybe on the heart,

The heart and belly,

Maybe even just the tops of the thighs.

The warmth of your hands on your body,

Gentleness,

Their compassion,

Let them start to soften a bit.

And if the hands are on the abdomen,

Becoming aware of that gentle rise and fall of the breath into the palms,

A tender holding of the body as the breath releases.

Here in a few moments of silence,

Feel free to shift your hands at any point you'd like to or leave them where they are.

Keep anchoring in the warmth,

That soft tenderness,

That compassion you're radiating towards yourself.

Taking our last few breaths wherever we are.

Starting to invite that breath in deeper into the belly,

Let it fill your whole torso.

Exhale,

Softly release.

Start to wiggle your fingers,

Remove the hands.

You might draw them back together,

Just rubbing them together one last time.

And perhaps drawing the hands together to prayer right in front of the heart,

Noticing how you feel,

Noticing any shifts or softening.

Let's take one last deep,

Deep breath in together,

All the way down to the toes.

Exhale,

Release.

Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
