Start your day off right with a morning meditation. This quick and easy meditation will leave you with no excuses. Gently wake up, tune into your inner world, and set intentions for the day. Meditation does not have to take up a ton of your time. Just 5 minutes in the morning can make a big difference in the day ahead.

Starting your day with a meditation can drastically change the tone of your day.

Just a few minutes of tending to your inner world can make a big difference in your outer experience.

Today you're getting a good start.

Let us begin.

In a comfortable position,

Gently close your eyes and place your hands in your lap.

Bringing your attention to your breath.

Slowly allowing yourself to wake up.

Breathing naturally.

Begin to simply witness.

Noticing whatever you notice.

As you breathe deeper.

Allow yourself to get present in your body.

As you scan from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

Noticing whatever you notice.

And breathing into any spaces in your body that feel stuck or still sleepy.

Let us welcome the day by setting an intention.

Take this moment to set an intention that resonates for today.

Now take a moment to imagine the day ahead going smoothly and effortlessly.

Now take a big breath.

Your biggest yet today.

And supercharge the intention.

As you exhale,

Surrender the intention to the universe.

Allow your body to relax.

And imagine loving light cascading in and around your body.

Imagine this light running through you.

And then down into the ground.

Into the center of the planet.

Grounding your light on earth.

You're a beacon of clarity,

Compassion,

And grounded wisdom.

Breathing naturally.

Know that whatever happens during the day.

You can always take a moment to come back to your breath.

And tap back into this relaxed state.

As you leave this meditation.

Remember to accept yourself more.

Not less.

And have a beautiful day.
