Hello,

Beautiful being.

Let my voice guide you in this meditation,

Which is designed to anchor you in self-love.

Love accepts and includes your experience,

While a lack of self-love causes you to deny and disown your experience,

Which leads to suffering.

This pain is not here to harm you.

It's here to disarm you and call you back into self-love,

Into your true self.

The goal of this meditation is to relax your body so you can open your heart to all that you are.

Bringing your mind,

Body,

And soul into alignment and expanding your heart-centered awareness.

Breathe deeply as you open to the possibilities for the deep levels of healing and the feelings of love and connection that you can access during this meditation.

Let us begin.

In a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and place your hands in your lap or wherever is most comfortable and begin to relax.

Shift your attention from the world around you to the world within you.

Breathing naturally,

Slowly softening,

Noticing how your belly rises and falls with each breath,

Inviting in more relaxation and settling you deeper into your body and into the present moment,

Allowing yourself to simply be as you are.

As your mind begins to calm,

Drop from your head to your heart using your breath,

Breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,

Relaxing even deeper.

Each breath settling you into your heart,

Opening it up and creating more space for all of you to be here now.

Breathe in slow and steady through your nose,

Filling your chest with acceptance and presence,

Settling through your mouth,

Breathing out any resistance.

Notice anywhere in your body you're holding any tension,

Your neck,

Shoulders,

Back,

Your jaw,

Your hips.

Breathe in slow and steady through your nose,

Filling your chest and your stomach with even more acceptance for who you are right now and exhaling any tension you may have held in your body,

Allowing any stress to unwind as it melts away.

Feel your chest rise and fall as breath passes in and out of you like the tide going in and out to shore,

Softly relaxing deeper into your heart,

Into the seat of compassion and unconditional presence.

Now place your hands on your heart,

One on top of the other,

And feel your heart without needing it to be different.

Make your heart for all that it does and remind yourself that the will of my heart is to remain open no matter what.

I am lovable always,

No matter what.

I have never had a thought or a feeling,

Said something or took an action that made me bad.

I cannot think,

Feel,

Say or do something that makes me an irredeemable person,

Unworthy of love.

There has never been anything wrong with me at all,

Not for a single second.

Even if I am out of alignment,

I am always lovable and deserving of acceptance.

The hurt aspects of me deserve more love,

Not less.

The will of my heart is to remain open no matter what I think,

Feel,

Say or do.

I love you.

You can relax your hands or keep one or both on your heart as you take a big deep breath,

Filling your chest with unconditional presence and exhaling any shame you've carried for just being you.

Exhaling in the confidence that every part of you is worthy of loving presence,

Always.

Following any judgment,

Criticism or unhelpful doubt that you previously held onto.

Know that even your self-judgment has been a misguided attempt to keep yourself safe or lovable.

And also know that you no longer need to criticize yourself to stay safe.

Love was never meant to be conditional.

Your experience is valid.

Give yourself permission to be okay exactly as you are.

Simply knowing that you are always lovable and always worthy of connection.

What we have called positive and negative traits do not indicate your worthiness or how acceptable you are.

Whatever has been deemed a negative trait about you deserves more love,

Not less.

Even the parts of you that don't know how to love or how to receive it,

That don't know how to change or how to feel better,

All of these parts of you are lovable.

Even the aspect you have rejected the most or the parts of you that have been most rejected by the world,

Even these parts are lovable.

You have total permission to relax as you release the judgments and resistance that you've previously held against yourself for any reason.

Completely letting go of self-rejection because you always have been and always will be worthy of love.

Feeling naturally,

It's safe to be exactly as you are right now and in every moment moving forward.

However you feel right now is perfect.

Everything about you is acceptable.

You are loved.

Take this moment to give yourself permission to let yourself off the hook for all the times you've criticized or shamed yourself.

Take this moment to find compassion for the part of you that has misguidedly tried to criticize yourself into wellness.

Let this part of you know that you are here now and it no longer has to fight to keep you safe.

Assure this part of you that all it has to do is focus on itself because your loving awareness is here now to keep all aspects of yourself safe.

Take this part for all that it has done and for caring so much about how and who you are.

Let this part of you know that it is valuable and that you want to be connected always.

Once again,

Breathe into your open heart and exhale anything that has kept you from it.

Relaxing deeper into your body.

Feeling safe and calm.

Feeling free to be at peace with yourself as you are.

No matter what you are experiencing,

Thinking,

Feeling,

Or doing.

Breathing into the sensations of this moment.

I am unconditional love.

And my heart's will is to remain open no matter what.

Take this moment to be okay exactly as you are.

And give yourself permission to feel this way.

That you are enough as you are.

Backwards and forwards in time.

As you move forward from this meditation,

Know that you can remember how you feel right now and bring yourself back into heart-centered awareness at any time.

You deserve to feel loved no matter what.

Breathing naturally.

Held in loving presence.

Heart-centered.

Relaxed.
