Good morning.
You're beginning your day in the way you know.
The way prepares you.
The way guides you.
Now you've already begun a better day.
As you begin to focus on your breath,
You may notice you're breathing deeper than you were before.
You're aware of each inhale and each exhale.
You're letting go and receiving as your body prepares itself and your mind prepares itself and you may let go.
You may become calm.
You may continue to be aware of your inhale and just as aware of your exhale.
Today will offer many opportunities for you to choose.
And so as your time now is focused on letting go,
You will know your direction.
You will know your answers.
The time you're giving to yourself will become evident throughout your day.
You can remember this feeling at any point.
You may come back here.
All you may need to do is breathe.
Know that you are inhaling and know that you are exhaling.
And those breaths can become bigger and they can become slower.
You will be here again.
And now as you continue to come closer to your day,
Breathe into your day.
Exhale into your day.
When you want to come back here,
Breathe your way.
Your day is yours.
You choose.
You create.
You surrender.
And you breathe.
Now,
As you focus on your inhale,
Now on your exhale,
It is time to move into your day.
And move into your breath.
