Welcome and thank you for joining me here.
I know you're already in the right place.
You're moving in the direction.
You're taking the actions.
You're already beginning to shift.
You're calming.
And you are here.
And before we get started,
Take a moment to become comfortable in your body.
Nestle in to your position.
Allow your energy to flow in and flow out.
Perhaps you're already more calm than you were when you began.
Let's take a moment and focus on our breath.
We want to move air nice and slowly,
Filling the lungs.
And then exhaling all of the air,
Even into pressing the air out of your body and emptying your lungs completely.
And then breathing in again.
And this time,
Your exhale can simply stop when it is done.
And as you breathe,
You may continue to do so at a nice slow pace.
And as your thoughts are beginning to calm,
You may notice your body is following.
You may relax your jaw and let the rest of your face follow.
And now that you're here,
You may let the rest of your body completely relax.
Your shoulders to slump.
Your legs to melt.
Continuing nice,
Long,
Slow inhales and exhales as it naturally happens.
Now that you're more calm and more focused than you were when you began,
You may continue to relax even further.
You may have thoughts of positive experiences you've had recently.
Maybe something will come to mind that's brought you joy in the last few days.
Breathe into those thoughts.
You may want to replay those moments in your head and experience that joy again.
You may let go of the other thoughts that bounce into your head while you continue to focus on your experiences of joy.
And when you've played one,
You may let it go and simply let another moment of happiness enter your mind.
You can replay them multiple times if you'd like.
And breathe into them.
As you're having these memories re-experienced,
You may notice that your body is continuing to loosen.
Your mind may be experiencing pleasure,
Maybe peeking some joy emotion.
You may begin to smile naturally.
Your body may begin to respond in a positive way.
As you breathe,
You and your mind already know where you want to go,
Where you want your emotions to be.
And so you've chosen the right step.
You've chosen to let your mind take you where you want to go.
And may you learn that you can go here and you can come back to this moment,
This emotion,
This state of being at any time.
Your mind is allowed to bring you to the experience you desire.
As you continue to breathe,
You may notice your heart rate has slowed.
Your attitude has changed.
Maybe you're already where you need to be.
You've found your peace.
You've found your breath.
You've found a state of being that you can return to.
Continue to choose your emotion.
Continue to choose to take the action that allows you to create your experience like you've done today.
Take a large inhale,
Very large,
And slowly exhale to a natural state.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your feet.
Do the same with your hands.
Continuing your deep breaths.
Now other thoughts may be coming into your mind and you will welcome them in your new place.
Coming back into your state of being conscious self.
Knowing that your unconscious self is aware and is ready to guide you.
You have prepared that.
You have set your intention.
As your body is coming back and you're moving,
Small movements,
Putting energy into all your muscles,
Coming back into the room,
Perhaps opening your eyes as you continue to breathe.
Now in a new state of mind,
You're ready to go forward.
Thank you for spending time with me and thank yourself for making the choice to control who you are,
To control your emotion,
And to create the experience of life that you choose.
You may continue to do that throughout your day in all of your situations and experiences.
