Welcome to this guided meditation to help you relax,

Reset your mind and recharge your energy.

Whether you were at work or you were feeling a little bit stressed and you just need a moment to drop into your body and let go of the stress,

Get your mind at ease.

Begin by closing your eyes,

Dropping your shoulders,

Letting go of the weight and as you drop your shoulders you feel immediately relaxed,

You feel a sense of relief and with that you have more spaciousness to breathe in and out,

Breathe in and out and as you tap into your heart centre,

You visualise a white and bright light that covers your body,

Your entire body,

Massaging your skin,

Releasing the tension and you just feel a sense of relief,

You feel relaxed,

You feel that you're receiving all that you need you feel your muscles relaxing,

You feel your body melting,

You feel your thoughts and your mind calming down as this white energy and bright energy cleans away the weight,

The worries,

Replacing with joy,

With calm and ease you feel that you can finally breathe,

Feeling yourself free in your own skin,

Knowing that all that matters is right now and you just take a few moments to be,

To exist in this space of time,

Allowing yourself to fully let go to fully surrender to the relaxation of this moment and you just stay there,

In your heart centre,

In this space of rest,

Of being as your body relax deeper and deeper and as your thoughts start to melt away and you feel fully at ease and now that you're grounded in yourself,

Feeling good,

Receiving all that you needed,

You take a deep cleanse energetic breath in and out and you open your eyes and you're able to look at things in life from a different perspective,

With more peace,

More trust and confidence
