Hello and welcome to this short meditation for relaxation infused with Reiki healing.

Reiki energy is the highest vibration,

The purest light,

The greatest love.

I hope this brings peace,

Centering and a remembrance of all the love that is.

Either finding a comfortable space or continuing with whatever you're doing and allowing this to flow over you in the background.

Just come to notice how your mind is feeling without judgment.

Exhaling and letting it go.

And just coming to notice how your body is feeling without judgment.

Exhaling and letting it go.

And on your next inhale,

As I bring in divine Reiki energy and surrounding you with a white bubble of light,

Inhale a wave of white light up through your body and exhaling,

Allowing anything and everything to pour down and out through the bottom of your feet and away.

Inhaling in your own time and filling your body,

Your cells with peace and love and safety and exhaling,

Just noticing as your head grows heavy as your shoulders relax a little,

Your arms and hands,

Hips,

Knees and feet as everything washes down and away with each exhale out of this bubble of white light.

You are so held,

You are so loved and just noticing how it would feel to relax the jaw a little to let the neck sit softly atop the spine to let the spine be pulled up towards the heavens through no effort of its own how it would feel to let your feet really meet the earth to let your tummy and lower belly untend and expand to their full wonderfulness just notice how it would feel for your armpits to slide down the sides of your body for your chest and heart space to melt a little,

For your pelvic floor to let go gently and as you breathe just noticing as I continue to fill your bubble of white light with a hug of healing energy,

Softening,

Loving energy how much space there is above your head how much earth and holding there is below your feet how much world there is ahead of you,

The blossom trees in Japan mountains in Peru so too behind how much space cheetahs running the plains whales in the sea and inhaling into all of this space allowing yourself to expand and soften and exhaling and noticing that within your bubble of white light there is just you and space and a whole world to discover,

A whole life to live a whole moment to enjoy and all that was troubling you has drifted away out of your bubble and is gone giving yourself a little thanks,

Inhaling deeply into the heart space this time and exhaling,

Allowing the warmth of your own heart to travel over your body and beyond and whenever you're ready ever so gently blinking the eyes half open and then open or if you continue doing what you're doing just allowing yourself to come back to your steps or your feet and giving a little thanks to the world around you have a wonderful beautiful day thank you
