This meditation is designed to cultivate a sense of welcoming.

And it's a sense of welcoming your entire self,

All parts,

Nothing excluded.

So to begin,

You might take a deep breath in through the nose,

Really fill up with air as if you could direct the air all the way down to your feet.

And when you're complete with the inhale,

Exhale all the air out through an open mouth,

Sigh it out,

Release it all back into the world.

And if it's appealing,

Go ahead and take another one of these deep,

Nourishing inhales to really fill the body and fuse the cells with air and exhale to release entirely.

And as your breath resumes its natural rhythm,

Find a posture that feels most comfortable to you right now.

Anything where your body feels safe,

Supported,

And fully at ease.

Begin by giving yourself the permission to welcome your physical body into the most comfortable space that is possible.

You might like to close the eyes or gaze at a beautiful object.

Close the eyes in such a way where they feel comfortable and unstrained.

And we'll start by taking a moment to bring your various and rich identities to mind.

When you think of the identities that you hold,

What comes up for you?

What arises first?

And as these identities continue to emerge,

What feels the easiest to welcome?

What pieces feel more challenging?

Know that all your identities,

All the pieces and parts that come together to make you exactly who you are,

They belong,

They are welcome.

We'll move forward with the intention to welcome our whole self,

All parts with nothing left out.

Welcome to your expression of gender.

Welcome to your professional identity or identities.

Welcome to your ethnicity,

To your race.

The language or all the languages that you speak belong here.

Welcome to your belief systems,

To your faith.

Welcome to your political affiliation.

Welcome to your economic background as well as current placement.

Welcome to your sexual orientation.

Welcome to whatever your involvement with your care and wellbeing is,

Be it something new or an area where you have many accumulated experiences.

Welcome to your body,

The complete package in which you move through the world in.

And welcome to whatever experience of your body exists,

May that be health or disease or a combination.

All the visible and invisible challenges associated with your body are welcome.

Welcome to your age.

Welcome to your entire relational self.

The rich complexity belongs here,

Whether that be roles within a family or no roles within a family.

Your interactions with friends,

Whether they be close or distant,

Geographically near or far,

They all belong.

Your membership in communities,

Organizations,

Neighborhoods,

They're welcome.

Pieces of you that are individual and independent belong.

The parts of you that are pioneering or leading belong.

And pieces of you that feel isolated or alone,

They belong.

The parts of you that are energized are welcome,

As are the parts that are tired.

And acknowledge your preferences,

The choices and decisions you've made in all parts of your life and the outcomes associated with these choices and decisions.

They are acknowledged and welcome.

Welcome to the current mood of your heart.

Be it calm,

Grieving,

Angry,

Hopeful,

Tense,

Grateful,

Or happy.

Whether you feel a single mood or a multifaceted mood,

All these pieces have a place.

There is room and space for everything in your heart.

Welcome and acknowledge the contents of your mind.

All quality of thoughts are welcome.

A generative mind,

A busy mind,

An overwhelmed mind,

Forgetful mind,

Curious or critical mind,

It is all welcome.

Acknowledge the goals,

Dreams,

And aspirations that are a part of you.

Acknowledge the failures and the losses.

Welcome to the places of yourself that you have hidden from,

Glossed over pieces or neglected places within yourself.

They belong.

What other places can you bring in to the welcoming?

What can you include now that might not always feel welcomed by yourself or by others?

What intersections and dimensions have not been mentioned that you can welcome into yourself?

Know yourself completely with no part excluded,

No part left out.

There is space for all that you are.

Rest in this acknowledgement and welcoming of your full,

Complete self and relax into your radiance.

Let us ask the audience now to recall these questions,

In the heart of your body,

Through Office of Pointing to sounds cell phone.

Ez his Kant chakras,

And any other letters from his elmovations on names from his previous.
