Prioritize your comfort, worthiness, and acceptance during this guided mediation. The central inquiry--What is alive for me right now?--invites you to explore what is truly present for you in this moment with a sense of welcoming. Give yourself the space to exist fully within all that you embody.

Welcome to this practice of celebrating your aliveness.

As we get started,

Do anything that will make you comfortable.

That could be a stretch or a yawn,

Deep breath,

Adjusting,

Something in your clothing that will give you more ease.

Taking a sigh,

Shaking out the hands or shoulders.

Without thinking about it too much,

What is your radiant body calling for?

If you'd like to take a collective unifying breath with me,

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Infusing every cell with air,

And exhale through an open mouth.

You might choose to close the eyes if that feels safe and comfortable for you,

Or set your gaze anywhere that feels supportive and pleasant.

Your comfort is your utmost priority,

So make any adjustments at any time that will satisfy your needs.

We'll spend just a brief moment exploring the inquiry,

What is alive for me right now?

What's alive in your body,

In your energy,

Your thinking,

In your heart?

Any realm of aliveness is welcome,

And we welcome all that is here.

So regardless of what feels most alive,

Whether it's a sense of exuberance or excitement or complete exhaustion or apprehension,

It is all welcome because there is room and space for it all.

So as you ask yourself,

What is alive right now?

Can you welcome it through a door of kindness?

Can you be a portal to receive all that arises,

Knowing that there is room and space for it,

That every part of you is worthy and belongs?

In these moments,

You have complete permission to feel whatever it is,

Comfortable or uncomfortable,

God is right in front of you.

A practice of mindfulness is interest in getting familiar with what is.

It's not having to do with what it means.

So as much as you can welcome what is there and allow it to be there and take up space and support yourself in that way,

You are cultivating a capacity to be all that you are,

To develop awareness.

And the magic in that is really when you are welcoming and allowing and supporting yourself,

There just naturally becomes a way to digest and deal with all that it means.

But with the focus on what's there,

The welcoming,

The allowing,

We give ourselves the space to really exist fully.

As you continue to ask what feels alive for me and may I allow it and make space for it,

Know that this takes courage.

Welcome all that is there because it is a part of your complexity,

A part of your belonging.

As you continue the meditation,

Pause and leave your bodyrain.

May you acknowledge your full self.

May you appreciate your courage.

May you feel grounded.

May you experience delights.

May you know that you are not alone.

May you trust in your inherent goodness.

May you be present to give and receive all the gifts of your life.

May you demonstrate under your suckling course as the life affordable lamp.

You.
