Welcome to today's practice where you'll use the power of mantras to come into this present moment and quiet your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Mantra literally translates to mind tool and you'll use this tool to feel a sense of peace.

Today your mantra will be the word silence.

When I say the word silence,

Repeat it back to yourself and also feel a sense of silence throughout your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

So let's begin.

Get into a comfortable position and then close your eyes or gaze down.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Now receive a nice inhalation and release.

And bring a smile to your face as you shift into the feeling of gratitude,

Grateful for showing up to practice today,

And grateful for making a choice to have a moment of silence.

Take one more deep breath in and out and release.

And carry this sense of silence throughout your day.

It's time to step into your power.
