Begin by lying down in your bed.

Make yourself feel comfortable.

Make some final adjustments.

And feel your eyes heavy.

Begin by taking three deep breaths.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Take a moment here to observe and see how you are feeling.

And slowly bring your awareness back to the soles of your feet.

Relax.

Your toes relax.

Your ankles.

Lower legs.

Knees.

Upper legs.

Relax.

Your hips relax.

Now to the back of your body.

Lower back.

Knee back.

Upper back.

Shoulder blades.

The back of your neck.

The back of your head.

The crown of your head.

Soften and relax.

Your forehead.

Eyebrows.

Relax.

Your eyes.

Your cheeks.

Your face.

Your lips.

Relax completely.

Your jaw.

Your tongue.

Your chin.

All relax and let go.

Your neck.

Your collarbones.

Upper arms.

Your elbows.
