
Being Present Today

Oftentimes it is very easy to get stuck inside of our own head, creating chaos, anxiety, worry, fear, etc. When we take a few moments to become still, focus on breath, and listen to or repeat affirmations, it brings us back to the present moment. This short guided meditation is intended for just that, gently bringing us back to the moment, right here now, today, inviting in calm, peace, and gratitude for Now.
