Affirmations are words or phrases, repeated either silently or out loud, that can alter the way you think about yourself and your life. They can help to turn negative thought patterns into positive ones. When we say something often enough, it ends up turning into something we believe. Affirmations are a great way to boost self-esteem, help to foster self-love, happiness, aid in healing, relieve stress, and much more. Watch the changes as they unfold, the more often you do affirmations!

Choose a place where you won't be disturbed.

You can close your eyes if that feels good to you.

Now let's take a couple breaths so that we can start to feel calm and at ease.

Let's inhale to a count of five and exhale to a count of six.
