Transcript

Welcome.

Take a moment to arrive in your body and in the space that you're in.

Whoever you are,

However you feel,

Whatever is present in you right now,

You are welcome.

Take a moment to thank yourself for being here now.

Now.

Whatever comes up,

Know that you being here now is an act of self-love.

Now,

Take a deep breath and on the exhale just let go.

Again,

Take a deep breath and let go.

One more time,

Take a deep breath and if you haven't already done so,

On the exhale close your eyes.

Take a moment to just be.

Now,

Focus your attention on your breathing.

What is the quality of your breathing right now?

Where do you feel your breathing in your body?

Sit with your breathing for a while.

Whenever a thought arises,

Notice the thought and just come back to your breathing.

Now,

Put your right hand on your heart.

What does that feel like?

What comes up for you when you do this?

Now,

Take a moment to be grateful for your heart.

Whenever a feeling comes up,

Notice the feeling and bring your attention back to your heart.

Now,

If you are in a space that requires silence,

Use your inner voice.

Otherwise,

Breathe in and say out loud,

I thank you heart.

Again,

And notice what happens in your body when you say this,

I thank you heart.

One more time,

Breathe in and say,

I thank you heart.

Now,

Take a moment to listen to what arises in your body.

Take a deep breath and on the exhale let go of everything.

Just be for a while.

Now,

Slowly become aware of your body and your surroundings again.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Now,

Take a moment to breathe in and say out loud,

I thank you heart.
