This exercise is to connect your mind,

Body and soul.

Your soul is connected to the vast,

Limitless source of yourself and your universe.

When your body and soul are not aligned,

It inhibits you from being the divine person you were meant to be.

You know this when you're at odds with yourself,

Or life has traumas,

Abuses,

Disappointments,

Indecision,

Overwhelm and even sickness.

These cause the energetic frequencies of the soul and the body to be out of sync.

Think of the human soul,

Earthbound in the physical body.

Imagine the energetic shift that happens when the lower or the human soul becomes aware of its higher counterpart,

The divine self or the spiritual soul.

When this awareness happens,

It opens to the path of transformation.

So I want you to sit comfortably with your feet on the floor.

Close your eyes and have your palms facing up.

I now want you to set an intention out loud for your higher self,

Your soul or your spirit to harmonize and integrate with your body.

Now be present and stay in your body.

Do not leave your body or meditate.

This is important as your objective is to integrate the higher dimensions into your body and everyday life.

Continue to breathe deeply and stay in your body.

Your intention in this exercise is everything.

The intention to integrate mind,

Body and soul.

Continue to breathe and relax and just observe your experience.

This means no judging,

No analyzing,

Comparing or fixing.

Just observing what is happening.

What do you feel?

What is going on in your body?

What do you notice?

Continue to breathe deeply and sit for up to 10 minutes in this as you allow your higher self,

Soul,

Spirit to integrate fully with your mind and body.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Be sure to drink lots of water and journal about your experience.
