This restorative experience is perfect for relaxation, mindfulness, and reconnecting with the quiet wisdom that can only be heard when everything else falls silent. Let the mountains hold you, let the waters calm you, and let each sip guide you into deeper stillness. Mountain Tea House Blend 2 parts roasted hojicha tea 1 parts toasted rice (genmaicha style) 1 part chamomile flowers ½ part lemon balm Small pinch roasted dandelion root Tiny pinch cinnamon bark Honey if desired Tea House Blessing Put one teaspoon per person into a teapot or cup and pour over near boiling water. As the tea steeps, place both hands around the teapot or cup and whisper: "May I meet this moment with presence, this day with gentleness, and this life with trust." Steep for 4–5 minutes. Best enjoyed in the early morning, during quiet afternoons, after tea leaf reading, or whenever you wish to step away from the noise of the world and return to the stillness within.
