Practicing mindful listening as you listen to your music.

So as you listen to your music,

Bring your attention to the textures and timbres that reach your ears.

Be present with the sounds,

All of the varied sounds and notes and rhythms that come to your awareness.

Allow yourself to be present with the music and let go of anything else.

And just be there,

Immersed with all the varying shapes and sounds and fluctuations of that music as you listen to it.
