This is the first session, tip and reflections to learn and grow in Positivism. Positive Psychology emerged at the end of the 90s, although there are records from many years ago. But it is thanks to science and authors like Dr. Seligman, Paterson or B. Fredrickson, among others, that it takes a turn in the 90s where the strength of thought, positive emotions, is endorsed. Knowing now that these can be cultivated to develop and therefore become more positive beings, leading to a life of well-being (happiness). With this series of recordings, I will offer scientific data, advice and reflections that I hope will help improve to be more aware of what we can continue to grow and be more positive = happier.

Positive means one.

Do not be positive,

Feel positive.

Do not be what you are not yet.

Cultivate what you want to be,

To become.

Positive is not about being happy all the time at odd hours.

Life is not a straight line.

It cannot be,

Nor should be.

If everything was perfect at all time,

How would you know their imperfections?

How would you know that you are happy if you don't live unhappy moments?

Science today tells us that only 50% of how we are comes from genetics.

The rest we can alter it ourselves.

Therefore,

A non-positive person will only have up to 50% inherited genetically,

Or even less.

Another 10% of how you are today comes from the environment where you live,

People with whom you spend the time regularly,

The culture in which you live.

However,

Not everyone is aware of it,

And there are people who,

By being aware of it,

They nurture and cultivated its positives from the environment in which they live surrounded.

Yet,

There are others living in negative environments without being aware,

Influencing them to be negative.

But in any case,

That 10% is modifiable,

And can be you feel positive.

You are able to observe where and with whom you live and who exists to take advantage of that 10% in your favor by cultivating positives.

Now,

40% of your positives is achieved thanks to your habits,

Thanks to the decisions you make and the actions you take.

In other words,

40% depends directly on how positive you think,

How positive you act,

How positive you feel,

How positive you are or you are not,

On the decisions and actions you take personally,

Especially the habits you cultivate,

You apply in your life.

So,

If you don't feel positive,

Look inside you,

What habits should you adopt that will help you feel positive?

What decisions do you have to make to start feeling good about yourself?

What actions do you have to take to change your life toward a more positive one,

A happier one,

A well-being life?

Cultivate how you feel positive and eventually you will feel you will be a positive person.
