As we step deeper into Trust we begin to imagine our Life as significant and of value. Then, just like the cells in the caterpillar transforming towards the beautiful butterfly, we begin to awaken our imaginal cells.

So we're going to come into a beautiful, Beautiful space now. Bring ourselves into a lovely energy of flow and ease. We take a deep breath into this beautiful body and then breathe out and just drop your body into the space. Feel like arms of love and grace are folding around you. And we become aware of ourselves dropping our being, Our weight, Our burden and everything we've been carrying. And imagine that gravity is just like this embracing, Holding arms. Feel your body's weight and then just drop it into the arms of gravity. We notice that we are still being held in exactly the same way. And begin to drop a little bit more of your weight. Start at the top of your head. Relax your face, Relax your brow, Even relax your scalp. Then relax your jaw and into your throat and bring your awareness to your collar bones and begin to relax here. Drop the tension through your arms. Let it feel heavy. Drop it down. That's good. Bring your awareness to your chest and think about your intercostal muscles and your ribs. Just drop the weight, Drop all the tightness. Take a deep breath into your body, Expand your ribs, Stretch out those intercostal muscles and then breathe out and relax all the way into your center, Your solar plexus coda. Good, Good. Letting this just flow of life, Breath coming in, Just relaxing, Releasing arms as heavy as they can be. Beautiful you. This beautiful body that is having such a massive experience, That is signaling to us what it is that is our truth. And while the body is signaling to us this place of pain or this place of despair, Anxiety, Whatever it is, And however our adrenal system is connecting into what it is that is running through us, We think about this like a program that is running and our adrenal system is wired towards that program. That program is all about being vigilant, Terrified. This amazing body has used that defensive programming, Reactive programming so that we can be safe, So that we can quickly get out of the way of danger. And our amazing being feels all of this and up to now our entire body was needed so that we could quickly change direction, Quickly make another idea come in, Create in a different way, Save ourselves, Run away from something. We think of that fight, Flight and faint energy of the limbic system and all our senses watching out for it, Listening. How much we have to pay attention towards what it is that is around us and how much of that attention has been programmed into fear, Terror. Will I survive? So we thank this amazing body for being able to do this journey in this way and because I have been doing this journey this way, I know there is so much that I know, There is so much that I understand and because of this, My body has also felt a lot of pain, A lot of struggle and I thank my beautiful body for holding me for so long. I agree now to hold me, That I let my body drop into the awareness of me holding me and who is it that is holding me? When we think about our body and we think about our being, Being here, There is a part of us that is observing our self, There is a part of us saying to us, Is this for me, Is this not? Is this okay, Is it not? Is this what you would wish or desire or is it not? There is a part of me that is always asking me, That is checking in on me. We think about that part as being our light being, This beautiful being that is filled with love and light, Like an inner guidance, An inner compass. This part of me that watches over, Cares for, Loves, Honors and nurtures me, That is guiding me along my life journey, That is nudging me into awareness, Is collaborating with this body so that when we are to stop and hear that part of us that is our intuitive being, Our clear thinking being, Then the body needs to stop its activities so that we can stop and hear, That we can stop and begin to see in a different way. So imagine that there is this collaboration from your higher self to this beautiful human body. And because we set up our way of learning in this way, This collaboration goes on without us even being aware of it. When our higher self says this is really, Really, Really important, All attention now. And if we are too busy and distracted, Then the body says don't worry, Let me help. I'll help them stop and the body does help us stop. And our systems start to look like they're backing up or they're failing in some way. But if we could recognize this as just a signal that's saying to us please stop, Just stop and listen. And I agree to it. And I bring the energy of agreement here to my throat. I agree to listen to me. I agree to trust guidance. The guidance that is coming in and helping me do this journey. I agree to remember that I'm here because of a divine and sacred agreement. The agreement to be here, To do this life is nothing random. It is a divinely orchestrated journey. The agreement opens up into our center and realigns us to our divine and most sacred life journey, To the agreement we created long before we created ourselves as form. We said we would come in and be in a form. We would be informed through our form. We would perform with one another so that we could learn by reflection and connection, Conflict and contrast, Collisions. We set all of this up. But we also agreed that at some point we would release the body from its captivity. And we know that is death, That the body is only needed to help us to understand ourselves in the journey. The body is only required so that we can connect into that part of us that is our light and our guidance. And if we are connecting into that and we are still in our body, Perhaps we could recode this agreement and we could say, I'm going to learn because I am connected to my Higher Self and I'm going to release this body from the burden of feeling, To experience, To know. I release the idea that my form can only learn through form, That I can only be informed by form. I release that idea and I awaken my higher thinking and I begin to bring into my awareness that I can not just be informed through the form but I can be inspired through intuition, Insight, That there is an awareness that I'm already aware of as my Higher Self that is speaking to me, That is urging me to be more. And I begin to tap into that now. I begin to awaken through the Paneel Chakra, Higher thinking, Clarity. I open my imagination and I begin again. Feel this beautiful energy here, Opening up the brow, Feeling like you can fall back into this beautiful space. We breathe into this beautiful body and we bring the breath of life in a stream through the nostrils to the point between the eyebrows that we understand is our third eye. As we feel this vibration here, Take your tongue and gently place it on the roof of your mouth and you will feel intuitively a connection point to the point that awakens your pineal. Now let your eyes sink down while your lids are closed, Drop them deeply and look up to the point here between your eyebrows. At the same time, Through that pressure point, Draw up beautiful streams of oxygen through your nostrils. Think about your masculine energy on your right hand side. Think about your feminine energy on your left and imagine as you draw them upward that you see those two fields of your brilliance, Your beauty coming into a single point here. Your eyes look towards it and look slightly upwards and now drop your energy with the pressure point halfway through to the middle of your brain. Pineal resides here. It's a powerful place for us to connect in. As you allow yourself to rest and to look into that space, Your body is so comfortable, Soothed and we can begin to see again, Let your body feel heavy and just wait there. Wait there for the space to open and receive you. We can only connect to the space when we are in a place of absolute rest, Trust and a knowing that we are more than just this bag of skin and bones. That there is a whole new dimension to us, Our higher self and we begin to awaken this. See yourself standing in the most beautiful, Vibrant stream of light energy pouring into the top of the crown. Remember when you were a baby, Your fontanel was open, Soft because we have easy, Gentle, Soft continuous connection through this pineal to the entire being. From our higher self, That part of us that is pure light and love, We have access to that part of us that knows how to see and hear and taste and touch and think and process and perceive in a whole new way. There is a whole new dimension to who we are and how we can be here. We bring this beautiful energy into the awareness with this beautiful vibration, The lower sea and we let this be the song of our human being. Imagine we could sing to every cell that say to it, Thank you for this life, For giving me such a beautiful journey, For feeling so much. We thank every aspect of this human form. Let this energy bathe through you. As the frequency opens up, May the healing of this come into your being. Focus on that bright light that you are standing in, Coming into the top of your crown and listen to the sound of an octave up the higher sea and let this be the song of your soul, Your light being. The part of us that we know that is our eternal being, This beautiful energy here and the celebration of a life that is guided by my light, Your own light. Bring these two together in a single stream of awareness. I find myself here now, That I integrate all of who I am, My light and my life. We see these two fields of energies moving right through the top of the crown into the Pineal Chakra and awakening our wildest imagination. And as we awaken our imagination, We understand that everything that we are imagining is a gift of awareness that is placed within our awareness. There is nothing that I'm imagining that I'm not creating. I am creating my imagination with guidance, With life. I'm connecting into this and I begin to imagine through this gracious heart. What is my heart desire? What is it calling for? What does my soul know? Heart's desire, Thy will be done. Think of your heart's desire and let the will of your being, The willingness to bring it in, Come into this beautiful heart. What do I seek? What have I always been seeking? And what have I seen and known as a contrast? And because of that contrast, It has reaffirmed my heart's calling. There is a seeker within the heart and the seeker is revealing the code. The code of the heart is the heart's desire. The life journey is pointing us towards it. And when I am willing to see it and feel it and honor it and know it, Then I awaken my heart, This immense compassion that I feel for self, This brave, Courageous, Amazing me as a form, So much experiencing, So that I will know, So that I will feel and so that I will be absolutely in the center of my awareness, Certain, Clear, Connected, Guided, Aligned. Feel that beautiful energy right in the center of my being. I know me and my heart is calling. The code is signaling. There is something that is to come through us being here as our form, That is a change in thought and processing, So that this that we are calling in can come in. It can only come in if I can hold the signal like a lighthouse in a dark night. I am the signal. I am the strong rock upon which I stand in my body. I am the one that is light and insight and guidance comes towards me. I am inspired to be in my life. Feel this beautiful center line from the top of the crown going through the throat. I agree with me. I am coming into my most sacred and most divine agreement. My heart's desire is not just a foolish hope or an idle wish. I understand it as a calling and because it's calling and I'm agreeing, I can begin to imagine. Imagine now. As you begin to imagine what it is that will fulfill you and make your heart so happy that you did, Begin to bring it in and as we do, We awaken our imaginal cells. The caterpillar going inside of itself, Turning within, Reconstitutes its entire self. It becomes and it becomes because there are little cells that they call the imaginal cells and they begin to imagine. They imagine something that they could never believe they could be, But there is something in us that knows who we are and what we are to be and it is that imagination that we open and inspire within. That caterpillar could barely perceive itself with long, Elegant legs, A proboscis that rolls up and then lengthens out to sub nectar, No more eating leaves chomping on them. Beautiful wings to take flight, Compound eyes that can see in multiple ways through facets of diamonds and these glorious antenna to perceive and hear and respond to the environment that we are transforming and our heart is calling and when we know this and we can feel it as an absolute certainty within us, We hold the center cord connecting to our being. At this point, We remember, I am the key. Hold yourself as the key. This body knows how to take itself where it is to go and because you are the key, You can unlock the doors there. You can let the light come in. Hold the energy of the key in your awareness and think about moving into any space. You can be anywhere at any time with anyone and you hold this key. When you are certain and you are following guidance and you are in agreement with self, Then the key can activate into those locked up places and the light can come in. Let the light come in. Begin to let the light come in. Beautiful you. The light begins in me. I am light and love, Grace and beauty. I am gentle and calm. I am clear. My body is resting and soothing itself. My body is well, Vibrant, Strong. Every bone, Marrow, Tissue, Every fiber of my being is being revitalized. The imaginal cells of my being are recreating, Recreating for something else. I am right in my own transformational experience. It is quite beyond what I could ever imagine. We feel ourselves in the space and we feel such immense gratitude that we are in a body that can witness itself in the space. This is the first time as humanity that we have been privileged enough to come into this and to witness it. Mark it well. See it clearly. Embrace it with all your heart and all your soul. Stay clear, Open, Vibrant, Connected. Stay upon your purpose, Reconnecting every moment, Every step, Every breath, Every beat of your heart into your divine and sacred life journey. Feeling this earth holding you and supporting you and drawing towards you in the magnificent magnetic field that you are creating with this energy, All those who are loving, Gracious, Kind, Considerate, Beautiful beings of love and light. It is a glorious frequency. And we find ourselves coming home, Home in this beautiful body because the home is not the body but the light that I am. And this beautiful body gives me an opportunity to see me as full. How beautiful am I? How brilliant am I to see me in this way? How gracious and willing am I as my being to be here, To feel so immensely and to stay connected to who I truly am? Let this frequency open up in your awareness as confidence, Clarity. We open the field into that. We feel a deep sense of peace here. Beautiful, Yeah. Streams of love and light around me. All systems recovering rapidly. The compassion of my heart to my being and the grace that I hold and the graciousness of my energy field all working towards my highest good. I have a gift. It is within. I have a code. It's in the heart. And I am the key that unlocks the spaces of darkness and lets the light come in. And for this, I am deeply and profoundly grateful. Heart and soul. Deeply, Divinely, Profoundly grateful. We hold the awareness that we are guided, That our angels are with us and we open up our heart to that. We feel the divine presence and we open our soul to that. All is well in my world. All is well. Clear, Calm, Beautiful in me. Divine being of light and love. I am divinely and magnificently created for this amazing journey. I am divinely and uniquely encoded within for the magnificence of this journey. We can gently allow ourselves to come back into this time and this space. We feel ourselves moving gently back into the body awareness. With your eyes closed, You can feel and sense so much. We begin the reprogramming of our five senses. And I open my ears now to listen for a sound that delights my soul. Tune into that. And then I begin to open the sense of smell. What could I smell to see the scent, Perfume, Aroma, Essence that could delight my being? And breathe that in. I'm resubscribing my five senses towards delighting me upon this life journey, Releasing the react of connection. When I taste something and when I touch something, Then I begin to feel it in a whole new way, Awakening my sensory being to a whole new way of being in this life. Again gently I can open my eyes and then choose to find that which delights my eyes, The glow and the color. And we reprogram. And as the body is now doing this and we continue to retrain, We ask that we can begin to hear and receive ideas, Thoughts from our higher self and that we absolutely trust our intuition and our instinct. Feel that as an agreement for you now. I absolutely trust the guidance that is guiding me through this life journey. Let that bring a deep peace into your soul. We take these beautiful breaths now and we activate into our frequency oxytocin, This beautiful energy of invigoration. As we breathe in, We breathe out with the ah, So deep breath in. Deep breath in. So much gratitude, Deep breath. All is well, All is well. So much love and light to you. May you be blessed every step and repeat of your heart and may your journey truly be the most exquisite, Magnificent journey of all your journeys. So much love to you. Namaste my darling.
