Lovely.
So we take these breaths and we come into the space now.
We imagine that we are here to receive.
Such a challenge for us to really believe that we can absolutely just receive.
We're so wired to be the ones that are doing and pursuing.
So imagine in this space now we make an agreement with our mind,
Body and our soul.
That we are in a highly receptive state to receive goodness and health and wellness,
Flow,
Light and love.
And we imagine that we can receive all the gifts that will help us to do this life with more ease,
More flow.
We can barely imagine what those might be.
And it's better if we don't even try to imagine what it is.
That we simply hand over the idea that we are willing to receive only that which serves our most gracious,
Most divine life journey.
And only that.
And then we hand that over and we place ourselves in this position of receiving.
And visualize yourself now as if you are standing in your most beautiful favorite place.
Somewhere upon this earth that you know well,
That your feet know well.
And see yourself standing there now.
As you are standing you feel the connection to the earth.
Drop all your weight,
Your awareness down through the soles of your feet and let the earth hold you.
Then drop your weight even more now as you are resting here.
And let the earth and gravity and the arms and the embrace of love hold you.
Keep dropping your weight into the space as you visualize yourself in this beautiful surrounding that you just know.
And as you are standing there your arms are relaxed and shoulders are dropped.
You clear the skin on your beautiful face.
Smooth your brow and your scalp.
Release the jaw.
And feel the balance of your head perfectly through the spine.
Holding this beautiful body.
Supporting all of you.
This beautiful body.
Think of all the systems within your system.
Everything that works perfectly.
We can stand and imagine ourselves standing here and everything is working perfectly.
There is nothing I have to do to make my heart beat.
To make myself breathe.
I think about my digestive system,
Circulatory system,
Lymphatic system and all the systems of my being.
All of them know how to do this life for me.
We have a sense of peace here.
But all is well.
All is well.
We see this beautiful light coming into our being from the top of the crown.
Radiating in to this glorious one who is just standing in this beautiful place receiving.
The temperature feels absolutely perfect.
When we feel the temperature against our skin,
Feel it on your face first.
And feel how the temperature of your own face and the skin seems to merge into the temperature around you.
There's a little bit more warmth that you're aware of from your own self.
And a little bit of coolness from the energy and the field of air around you.
And the two come together in this cooler and warmer.
And imagine that you begin to open up your awareness of cool and warm and come into the air that is around you.
Visualize as you are doing this that you are opening up your energy field,
Expanding it into the space around you.
As if you in the air,
The light,
You are becoming one.
But there is still an awareness of yourself in your own beautiful sacred part of light and love.
And if I am part of all of this,
And I still know who I am and feel my own energy being and feel the warmth of my presence,
And my eyes are closed,
But I can sense everything around me.
I can sense the time of day and the season,
The year,
The temperature.
I can hear the sounds of life around me.
And imagine that you can come into an agreement that all that we are hearing and perceiving is perfectly lovely.
No matter what it sounds like,
It's perfectly lovely.
It's life.
It's many beings upon this planet in their life.
And in the space that they're in,
And I can stand here and simply acknowledge them in their space,
And me and mine,
And this air and this light that holds and connects us all.
We are holding a powerful space in our own being and more powerful when this own being knows how to be in a space and then be part of the unified field and transmit energy of love and light into it.
We begin to see ourselves opening our magnificent heart,
Peace,
Love,
Compassion,
Kindness to all beings,
Health and wellness,
Flourishing energy.
We feel the gift that we know of this in our own being.
As it settles well within the heart and soul,
It resonates as gratitude,
Deep gratitude,
Deep compassion.
We know what it is to feel this because we have been willing to feel.
We have been willing to feel loss and pain and heartache and suffering.
We've been willing to stand alongside trauma and terror and we've stood alongside that knowing that it is energy and the one who is experiencing it and transmitting it,
That they are bringing an awareness of contrast to me,
This terror,
This horror,
This deep loss.
These are all awakening my heart,
My heart's desire.
When I'm willing to stand beside this,
When I'm willing to be with the one I love to the very last moment,
I'm willing to know the depth of love beyond,
Beyond and beyond.
And when I'm willing to be with someone in great ill health and despair,
In a torture and I lovingly,
Compassionately hold that space with them and allow them to be in that space for their journey,
But recognizing it and knowing it and feeling it and connecting to it through this amazing heart,
I can connect into the exact vibrational field that will heal it.
What I understand is loss,
Grief,
Pain,
Fear,
Hardship.
It is a vibration and my willingness to be there and feel it awakens the vibrational field in my heart.
And then from this point,
I connect through an imaginary line of light to their heart and I beam this energy to their heart.
I know the antidote.
I know the exact thing that will help them.
I know it because I can feel it.
And I thank this beautiful mind and body for being willing to feel,
Willing to know.
And then I thank this amazing mind-body to be able to assimilate all this that I'm experiencing from outside of my field and interpret it into my field close enough to me to see it,
Feel it,
Taste it and touch it,
To recognize it.
And while I'm doing that,
I'm bringing information into my sensory system.
We have been doing this for a very long time,
That the only way we can understand and perceive is to bring it into our own being directly into our being to know and understand.
But imagine that there is another way.
Imagine that our heart has been holding all the codes and all the keys and all the awarenesses through all time.
That there is not one pain,
Horror,
Sadness,
Fear that we have not known either through our ancestral line and the codes that have been passed on to us or in our own life journey where it's just simply being re-amplified by the known experience of now.
That we know all the touch points.
If we were to sit with anybody at any time and anywhere,
We could connect into the touch point of pain that they are experiencing because we already know this.
And if we can come to an agreement that we already know this,
That deep within our inner resources this is already awakened,
Then I can begin to transmit and receive in a whole new way.
I can begin to receive without bringing input directly into my body to know it,
To feel it,
To heal it.
Then I can begin to awaken that part of me that is my heightened sensing intuition and that is already awakening.
When the field begins to merge into the high feminine energy,
The field begins to awaken.
I begin to awaken.
Before we can allow that energy to truly support us,
To inform us in a whole new way,
We are to be ready to receive.
It is this reason that we are coming into the heightened feminine energy,
The receptive field,
That to receive it and to be able to interpret it into our enteric,
Our gut system,
To rely on our deep inner resources of knowing,
Then we bypass the trauma of the experience in the field that is right around us.
So we open the throat and we open our being to receiving guidance.
I am willing,
I allow,
I deserve,
I welcome.
Just breathe that into your being.
I welcome into me this beautiful energy of light and love.
I welcome into my being the ability to receive through my heightened sensing and perceiving.
I receive so that I can give even more,
But I receive first so that I can feel full and complete,
Strong and protected.
As you are receiving an opening at the throat,
Imagine that you are receiving a light field into you that you begin to amplify around you to create a beautiful chrysalis or part of energy light.
This powerful energy,
This bubble around you,
Helps you to be anywhere at any time with anyone in any way and to hold this protective field around you.
As the throat opens to receive,
We understand why it is that we are to receive so that we could do this life with more elegance,
More grace.
And we begin to open our heightened sensing and perceiving.
That part of us that is able to go beyond our normal routines,
Requirements,
Thoughts,
Patterns.
We open up the gifts of clairvoyance,
Clairaudience,
Clairsentience,
Claircognizance to receive the insight and the gifts of the highest vibration of light and love.
So that in being with those that we care for,
We are able to interpret their field without the impact into ours.
We begin to use this sensory system that is in the outer layer of the field that we are holding around us to connect in.
When we learn how to do this and trust ourselves and trust the input,
Trust the guidance,
Then this resource becomes more available to us than ever before.
Using the subtle signals,
We allow then the system to release its control and holding of the five senses to learn.
Imagine if we could release the five senses that are so completely integrated into the limbic system of protecting,
Defending,
Deflecting,
Denying,
Distracting and surviving.
Imagine that we can stop to use our sensory being in a whole new way.
No longer,
No longer do we need to look with vigilance and fear.
No longer do we need to prime our ears to hear and to listen for that which is fearful or horrific.
Imagine we let go of the senses,
The five senses now to just delight in life.
That if we could wake up first thing in the morning and before we open our eyes,
We begin to activate our sensory being in a whole new way.
And as we lie there,
We feel our body from within and we say to our being,
What would I love to feel today?
How would I love to feel and express me today?
What would I love to smell,
To taste,
To touch,
To hear,
To see?
We begin again.
Our search is for that which delights,
Which is filled with the divine light,
Delights.
And then this body begins to move through this world in a whole new way,
Looking for ways to delight itself,
Trusting our outer awareness,
Our higher awareness to be guiding us and trusting our own being,
Mind and body and soul to know and to listen,
To interpret,
To value and to honor that which is coming in,
To trust ourself.
That is such a beautiful energy.
I free my body of all impact for learning.
And I ask this beautiful body,
Every bone,
Tissue,
Marrow,
Mitochondria,
Every telomere of my being,
Every atom to reconnect,
To reconstruct in a way that it supports my life as I move through this body in a way of delighting myself and others in this life.
Beautiful view.
We hold that energy as a grounding,
Connecting and aligning energy field.
I stand in my absolute truth.
I stand in the courage of me as a human being.
I deeply honor and value this human vehicle through which I can begin to experience life in a whole new way.
I welcome in new programs,
Different connections,
Higher frequencies that support me and life in a way that is to thrive and be abundant.
Feel the energy of standing in your truth,
Standing in your beautiful self and in the place where you visualized yourself standing and just feeling the air around you.
Imagine that you open your eyes and you begin to see again.
It's so easy to breathe here.
It seems as if the whole world is a vast expansive space of divine light.
It is as if I could see forever.
The colors are bright,
So much brighter.
My brain is able to interpret what truly is available to me.
I begin to open up the parts of my mind and my body and my soul to see and know and interpret in a whole new way.
There is a whole new world available to us and it's not something that we have to find.
Just have to stand still and begin to see again.
That has never been lost but our vision has been clouded by fear,
Vigilance,
Survival.
Standing where you are visualizing yourself,
This beautiful space.
Feel how easy it is to be alive and to feel connected to all those who have ever been in our lives.
That there is no separation.
We can feel through the field the presence of loved ones,
Those who are precious to us,
Those that we have held in our hearts and our souls.
We can become aware that we have guides many and they are holding us and loving us.
We open the frequency of this vibration of transformation.
Feeling the willingness in your heart,
Mind and soul and the readiness.
We are so ready.
It really is time.
We begin to listen to the sound of our higher frequency.
We honor the sound that we have been holding in the recognition of this beautiful human form.
Now through the form we step into the vibration of transformation.
We move beyond a form awareness into our light being.
And imagine that we know now how to merge them,
My beautiful life being and my light being.
We begin to listen to the sound of our higher frequency.
See yourself in a single stream holding this beautiful energy in you and through you and around you.
In this beautiful place where we hold our life and the awareness of the potential of life.
In this beautiful body we bring deep peace into our auric field.
Deep peace into our awareness.
All is well.
That beautiful place that you visualized allow to imprint into the center of your awareness.
And see that as a touch point for you.
That in any moment you could simply in that passing moment stand in that space.
And as you stand there just feel your heart open to this life journey.
And let the balance come pouring into the top of your crown.
Reinvigorating beautiful energy of light and love.
So that in a moment,

You can rapidly reinvigorate your being.
Just close your eyes,
Take a breath.
Feel that space once again,
Reignite the memory and the feeling and the sense right there in the center.

Visualize the sacred part of your own energy light around you.
We take deep breaths into this body.
And as we breathe out releasing oxytocin into our system,
