And for so long we push that aside wondering if we deserve it or if it can come near and part of our life.
And agree with yourself now.
Allow yourself to rest heavily into this moment.
Dropping the weight of your arms and carrying the burdens.
And agree that you can simply be in the space now of receiving.
No more holding,
No more carrying,
No more pursuing and doing and fixing.
Just resting in here.
Letting your breath move through you gently.
Each time we breathe out let your body drop down a little further into the space.
And we let this vibration of our heart remind us what it is that our heart has always been seeking.
If we have been willing to play in massive contrast then we have all the marking points indicating to us what it is that this heart is actually seeking.
Our willingness to be outside of that space amplifies the calling back to it.
Feel what your heart is really calling for now.
And in the soft gentle space there's nothing to do in that.
Just allow that feeling to wash over you.

Don't attach to a face or a person or a thing.

There is a feeling here that I never want to leave.
I never want again to experience what I have been feeling and experiencing in my human reality.
There is such a deep appreciation for this space that offers us what our soul desires.
And then we consider what it is that we have been experiencing,
Understood and felt,
Because we were willing to step out of it.
It is that moment of stepping out that we deeply understand the contrast.
And it is this contrast and the awareness of it that gives us the ability to choose,
Awakens our ability to choose.
It is only in this ability to choose that we truly awaken.
If we did not know the contrast,
We would take the space of peace and tranquility,
Harmony for absolute granted.
We would think there was nothing else.
We wouldn't have the level of appreciation that we have now because you have been willing to live a life within the distortion.
We are being asked to live lives outside of the divine realm in the form to experience it as information,
Because that information is necessary for transformation because there must be a choice in it.
It is not a given that we will transform our energy.
There is an activation that is required.
And the only way to activate it is to activate the energy.
And the only way to activate energy outside of harmony is to have the human experience where there is such immense contrast and disparity,
Conflict and contrasting energies.
Imagine now that you can see both worlds very clearly.
See on the one side the catalytic energy,
The explosive energy,
The disruptive chaotic signals.
And see these energies as sparks,
Like the sparklers and the light that comes off those little sparklers we wave at night.
Activation energies.
And on the other side,
See the energy of harmony and peace.
Feel how smooth that vibrational field is.
When we stand in the side of a smooth,
Beautiful,
Open space,
We deeply understand how beautiful it is because we look across to the activation space and we see what it is not.
And when we stand inside of the chaotic realm,
This heart that calls us for the peace and the harmony keeps calling.
We don't forget and get lost inside of chaos.
A part of us keeps seeking,
Yearning,
Longing,
Desiring.
It needs that pull between the two to create the impulse of transformation.
See the two points that we understand as contrast as the base of the points of a triangle.
And now see the pivot point above making the third point in the triangle.
And it is the third point where there is an awareness of the two.
Imagine that this beautiful triangle is showing its base just on the ground,
On the flat surface.
An awareness and the two experiences.
And if we wish to transform,
We have to activate all three.
Awareness,
Harmony and chaos.
Into a choice point,
A single point above now,
Taking those three points on the flat surface,
Pulling them up to a single connecting point above.
And see this in your mind as an innovative position of growth,
Growth point.
We can grow through this knowing into this point if we get the point.
What is the point of the life journey?
And what is the point of the heart's desire?
And that awakens the awareness and then the final connection is to choose something else.
And that is our moment of moving into elevated energy.
That is the energy of transformation.
Once we choose it,
It is chosen,
It becomes the point of access for the reality of this space to unfold for us.
And to then give us the next cycle of experiencing.
Each time we do this,
The cycles become cleaner and lighter,
Easier.
It is the dense energies that we have been experiencing over eons of survival and hardship that have held us trapped for the longest time.
But now we are at a point of recognizing ourselves,
Witnessing who we are,
Understanding that we have a choice and that we can create and manifest.
We never believed it before.
Now we are starting to believe that we can.
And just by holding that awareness,
That belief,
We are already in the space of expansion as long as we choose well,
Choose and choose well.
See the picture of this now and ask your being,
Where am I?
Where am I in this triangle that is still flat upon the ground?
Where do I wish to be?
Ask your being,

Because once the choice is made,
We slip into a new dimension and everything that becomes available in that dimension becomes available.
Am I ready to see?
Am I ready to move?
And am I ready to embrace the potential that I have no idea what it is,
No idea at all?
How profound is that?
That for the very first time in our reality,
We will step out of a structure into something that has no evidence of itself.
It has nothing that we can recognize.
It is a whole new world.
As we imagine this,
Feel how it resonates in your body.
Can you tap into your deepest memory?
Can you remember who you are?
And can you remember that you've done this before many times?
But this one is the greatest leap through the many layers in the three-dimensional realities that we've been playing in.
We have done this many times.
But this one is a leap that is beyond and beyond that reality.
We have an opportunity to witness ourselves in transformation.
And all it takes for it to become possible is for enough people to hold this energy of possibility,
Potential,
And to be willing and allow and believe we deserve it and believe that we are ready to let go of suffering as our code.
Can we touch the energy of our solar plexus,
Our divine and sacred agreement?
Imagine you can take yourself right back to the moment where you saw this life journey and you saw everything that was going to be part of it and you chose to be part of it anyway because you knew.
And the part that was revealed to you is still there in your memory.
This part was also revealed to you.
Let the comfort of that touch you deeply in the center of your being.
I remember who I am,
Divine being of light and love.
I'm able to move beyond this experience into the higher vibration and hold the frequency.
I'm able to hold it here with all my heart and all my soul and think of this as an energy of a light beacon.

Holding the space so that it can reveal itself,
A portal,
A conduit through the human form transform.
Those who are awakening and they are in their form are the ones who are to anchor the frequency into this dimension,
Creating these beautiful portals of light.

Willing to be in your space and willing to anchor the energy.
Think of your home and think about the plants and the energy and the integrity of that space and reaffirm that energy and that space as a resource,

Through you into the space that you are holding and into the earth,
Stabilizing a high vibrational antenna,
An energy cord.
When we think about when we want to listen to a radio station or we want to connect to the internet,
We need antennas so that we can pick up a signal and it can relay it to us.
We are doing exactly the same in an energetic way and we are relaying that message so that it can be heard and experienced and accessed.
Our human experience is showing us what we are doing in a tangible way and when we translate that to energy,
We understand it because we see it as evidence of the human form,
Human constructs.
But if we can hold the associative thought of what are we actually doing,
Then what am I doing?
Hold that energy.

The very center of me I remember,
Hold this frequency with all my heart and all my soul.
I anchor it into the space.
I anchor it in and through this beautiful body,
Bringing it now into your dantian,
Your second chakra and think of the space as woman hold this space for new life to be born through,
To be created within and then to birth it in from a tiny cell that begins within and the new life that forms itself,
Unique beautiful little being that comes through.
There is nothing that we are doing to make that being any different.
It's heart is beating,
It's bones are growing,
It's personality,
It's strengths,
It's gifts are all being embedded and gifted to it and this precious little bundle of life comes into life and then expresses itself in this life.
We imagine we are holding the energy of that,
The preciousness of life,
New life,
A beginning,
A new insight,
A new way of seeing and we are to hold it,
Hold it.
In the perfect time everything will be revealed.
Think about the patience it takes to incubate a being and think about what is being formed in that time.
So remarkable.
We are giving time for this to form into this reality,
Into this dimension.
It is already as the essence of this precious child was already.
It wasn't only created the moment it entered you,
It was already as energy,
As light,
As essence.
Everything is already.
We are just witnessing it coming into form.
We bring great comfort now to the second chakra.
We think of all those with whom we share our life,
All holding a unique position,
Some playing in the space of contrast and some playing in the energy of elevation.
And both points are perfect.
The one needs the other to ignite the spark to create the elevated energy.
When our car battery runs out,
We place a positive and a negative charge on the battery and we give it a little revving up.
That is the energy of awareness.
And it brings a surge of both those energies into the battery and it restarts.
It is that energy.
There is no negative and positive.
They are fields of energy for our greatest good.
We anchor this energy in and to the beautiful body and into the earth,
Stabilize it here,
Strengthen ourselves into it.
Hear the word formidable.
We say it in the French way,
Formable,
Formable.
In my form,
I am formidable.
I am forming,
Transforming and I am completely able.
This is our strength.
This is our absolute courage.
Our determination and even our stubbornness.
Because we know and we know and we know.
And that deep assurance.

We understand the world through our outer subtle layer.
This body now free from impact,
No longer needing to feel to the body's sensory being,
But the ability to tap in now to our higher intuition,
Granting us more freedom in our body to experience our body like never before in flow and ease,
Released of all restrictions,

Through this beautiful body,

And through the delighting of this life,
