So let's come into a deeper space now and we allow this body to rest deeply,
To feel loved and honored,
Safe in the sanctuary of light and love.
And whenever we come into a space of just stopping and resting,
Just do that,
Just stop and rest.
And you'll notice how much is moving in your mind and your body,
Your thoughts are running here and there and everywhere.
And part of you is running ahead to solve a problem and part of you is going behind and looking at a problem from behind or something that's happened.
And imagine that you in this point of where you are right now,
That you are right in the center of a radial energy light.
And that in the center point where you just stop,
That you can look along many streams of awarenesses of how you run your life and who's in your life and your work and everything else.
And think about this as if you are a diamond and a diamond has many facets and of every facet there are these amazing shards of prismic light and every part of your journey here is a little bit like being in one of those beams of prismic light.
And so it's quite wonderful that we can know who we are right now in this moment but that we can also connect and think and plan about everything that has been part of our life from wherever we go back to here now and project into the future.
And we celebrate that part of us as if we are this diamond that is holding this multifaceted awareness.
When we think about ourselves as being a multifaceted being,
That we can process on many levels,
Many ways and we allow ourselves the luxury of that knowing.
Allow yourself to let your mind go along those pathways and all the while that they are running become aware that where you are you are holding yourself still and considering you in great admiration.
And part of you is doing its admin and another part of you is doing its celebrations and another part is relationships.
Another part management of any kind.
There are so many aspects to us and we can manage all of them superbly.
If we can only recognize that we are the diamond essence and we hold all of this awareness at our heart.
I know who I am.
I am a divine being of light and love.
I am a multifaceted being.
There is so much within me that can manage in ways that are spectacular and amazing,
Intuitive and creative.
I allow myself to see that I am brilliant in every single one of them.
Notice the things that you give your loving attention to,
That you say I'm really good at this.
And notice yourself in that space where you can really celebrate you and the magnificence of you.
And feel it in your heart.
Feel the joy of life and the anticipation of more to come.
Feel the creativity and ingenuity of you.
Become aware that you are tapping into resources,
Intuition and guidance so that you can do what you do brilliantly and you are acknowledging that with all your heart right now.
See the brilliance of you now.
Honor the brilliance of you.
Now from your diamond awareness,
See all the parts that you sometimes think are tedious,
But see them also as shards of light coming off this diamond.
What makes it different?
What makes it different to the ones that we are holding that we can celebrate?
The fact that I am this diamond and this awareness and I can hold this awareness means that I have within me the brilliance to make it shine.
I am the diamond and all these pathways,
I have the brilliance within me to be brilliant within them.
Allow yourself to see those shards of light coming off,
Beginning to sparkle,
Beginning to radiate.
See their long shards of light radiating out far,
As far as the brilliant ones.
Let them be dazzling,
Luminous and clear.
Take them away from the idea that they are a stunted space of your being and expand them into possibility,
Into ease and flow and light and love.
Expand them into abundance and now see your diamond essence again.
Every single aspect of my life is a facet of my life and I am holding myself right here in truth,
In love,
In awareness.
I am the one that holds all of these aspects of my life as a brilliant diamond and I am perfectly and divinely encoded within for the magnificence of this too.
There is nothing that is out of my reach,
There is nothing that I cannot attain.
If it is coming in as an awareness for me and if it is part of my life,
Then I am the brilliant one to hold it.
How do I hold it?
Feel it in your heart,
How do I hold this?
Hold it with such gratitude,
Such love,
Such magnificence.
Hold you and hold your ability to be a multidimensional being of light and love,
Of such immense magnificence.
The one that is able to relate,
Transfer,
Transcode into abundance.
See yourself and the light and the delight that fills you when you are doing what makes you happy,
What is magical to you.
Feel that you are beginning to create this energy at the centre of your being.
Drop your awareness from your heart to the space just below into the solar plexus.
And right here I remember who I am.
That I am the one who stands in the centre of my own awareness and I have this awareness because I am in awareness.
Awareness is all around me.
It is the very breath of all that is.
It is all encompassing and it fills my lungs,
My heart,
My soul,
My every breath,
It feeds myself,
It nourishes and nurtures me.
I am the very breath of the Divine.
As we hold awareness of all of who we are in this life and we honour every aspect,
Every facet of who we are and we allow every facet of us to shine,
We become complete here.
We become full and whole.
Feel yourself coming into fullness and wholeness right here at your centre.
I am the perfect one,
In the perfect being,
In the perfect life,
In the perfect way and I am connecting into all awareness and feeding into the awareness of me is a singular cell into the body of all that is and I become clear.
One beautiful cell in this beautiful body begins to see itself thriving.
All it takes is one cell in the body of our being to become strong,
To become vital with life force energy and then to relay its message and transmit its message to all other cells.
We begin to expand in this way through my heart,
Through the willingness to be here and show up in this life in the fullness of me,
In the magnificence of myself to really truly see me now again.
A divine being of light and love,
A multi-faceted being of magnificence.
We begin to think about the energy of the throat,
The willingness.
We connect in to the idea that we awaken our free will,
That the willingness to choose something else and to find and to seek and desire something that delights me.
It has always been held within my heart,
It is divinely and uniquely encoded within and the free will to agree,
To allow,
To have,
To receive.
This is where we have created the block right here at the throat and we think of this little portal of the throat,
A tiny little space between the mind and the body.
This little space says I can receive or not,
I give to me or not,
I allow or not.
Think about opening this throat and receiving abundantly.
And we begin to code this into every single breath of our being as we breathe in deeply.
We breathe in this beautiful light force energy,
Oxygen prana chi.
We breathe it into our body and we open up our belly,
Open our chest,
Expand and receive and give,
Give,
Give.
And then we release and let the belly drop down and the ribs come together at the center.
We squeeze out that last bit of air because we know that at the end of that the breath of life awaits,
The breath of life is awaiting me,
All I have to do is choose it.
I am ready to choose for me.
Taking a deep breath into this beautiful body,
Begin to bring the awareness to the top of your crown and the fullness of each breath.
When you get to the top,
Mark the moment,
Let your energy stand there a little while before you release,
Let go,
Let go,
Squeeze,
Let go.
At that point,
Drop right through the center of the tight grip.
Find a magical thread that drops you through the very center and then find the breath and breathe it in.
Choose life.
Choose abundance,
Choose wellness,
Love,
Laughter,
Companionship,
Kindness.
Choose to thrive in your business,
In your industry and all that you do,
Choose,
Choose,
Choose and keep choosing because the more you choose,
The more you bring in,
The more the diamond shines,
The more the diamond shines,
The more light there is to be seen by those who wish to see.
Choose to be a light.
Choose to give abundantly.
Choose to receive abundantly and feel how this expands the energy field.
The body relaxes into this and the body drops the shoulders and the tightness around the neck,
The throat,
The jaw,
Relax the skin on your beautiful face.
Smooth your brow and crown and drop into the space of receiving,
Allowing,
Trusting,
Trust you.
I trust me.
Speak to your inner being.
I trust me.
I can absolutely trust me.
At that moment of breathing all the way out,
I do not keep one little morsel of breath just in case there is no more.
I can breathe it all out because I know that once I relax the grip,
The tightness in the holding,
The breath of life will flow into me,
There is a knowing within me and it is this knowing that brings great trust to me.
I trust me and I receive and the breath of life flows,
Abundance flows.
I begin to connect into my higher resources of awareness.
I begin to think creatively,
Intuitively,
Trusting my intuition and guidance and listening to it with all my heart.
And as I establish this link of trust and listening and honouring me and the more I do this,
The greater the field I create around me that says I am to be honoured,
I am trustworthy,
I am creative,
I am prosperous.
We know how to reach for it,
We know how to find it because intuition and guidance is steering us towards our highest best and when we glow with the light of our highest best,
It is easier for us to move into that space,
To receive it.
Light attracts light,
Light attracts light,
See your light expanding and opening now.
Drop right into it.
I free myself,
My mind,
My imagination and my thoughts of all ideas of oppression,
Suppression,
Hardship and struggle.
I free myself.
My free will,
My will sets me free.
My will to live in a life that is thriving and filled with opportunity and love.
My will to receive.
My free will sets me free.
Let this beautiful energy come in now through the top of your crown.
Let it move right through the centre of your body and connect into your being.
I stand in this column of light as if standing in this beautiful light open area with this beam of light radiating down between the branches of tall,
Tall trees.
I imagine you walk right into it and you stand all inside of it,
Not leaving one tiny little bit of your finger outside the light.
Stand within it,
Stand connected.
Stand with all your heart and all your courage and all your truth and all your love.
Own and claim the space that you are holding.
There is nobody upon this earth that can hold the space that you alone can hold in your unique and divine way.
Hold,
Claim and declare at this point of my life I am here standing in my absolute beauty,
Truth,
Strength,
Courage,
Magnificence.
I'm standing in my genius,
I'm standing in my brilliance and I'm claiming the space that I stand upon.
And as I claim it and the light comes pouring in,
Imagine it illuminates right through the centre of your body,
Opening now through the brow,
Opening the throat,
The heart,
The solar plexus and radiating down to your belly the second chakra.
I'm standing in my truth in the centre of this light and in the space that is so illuminated I see all around me easily.
It's easy for me to see in all directions,
In all spaces and places I see.
I am the holder of this light,
That if I were to move now into a space that I hold the light in me and because I hold the light in me and because I open it from my centre,
My solar plexus and radiate it out ahead of me like a flashlight in a dark night,
I choose to walk in that path,
That clear illuminated path.
Imagine now that you could turn in any direction and switch the light of your intentional being on and let the light radiate ahead of you and you could choose to walk in that pathway easily.
It will open towards you as you open towards it and equally you could stop and change direction and where you choose to seek the light goes on through you,
Illuminates the path once again and you walk in that path.
Think how powerful that knowing is,
That there is no wrong or right,
It is me in every space that makes it right,
It is me that turns the light on and brings the light in because the light moves through me and ahead of me my diamond essence is illuminating in all spaces,
In all times and all ways.
It is a perfect way to manoeuvre through this world,
There is no doing,
Pursuing,
No conditions,
No validation,
I am simply the one who is connected,
Aligned and choosing with all my heart and all my soul,
Activating my freedom through free will and the willingness to be,
To see,
To expand.
I stand in my truth,
My strength,
My courage,
My determination,
I stand in strength upon this earth,
Powerful being.
I am connected to all life and I hold the space and I hold with grace and love,
Compassion and kindness.
Think about you holding the space that you are in,
There is no one,
Ever has been,
Ever will be,
That can hold the unique space that you alone can hold in your unique way.
Feel the strength of that,
Stand in that,

Clear,
Connected and aligned.

We open the energy field that we are willing to shift into a space that is so beautiful and clear and to hold it so that it becomes available and to shine the light like a lighthouse in a dark night and those who will see it will see.
We simply hold the space and we activate into our field the energy of happiness and we draw the energy of happiness and love and laughter and we energize this energy system through that,
Welcoming these frequencies into your energy vortex.
Imagine yourself in your own beautiful chrysalis,
Your pond or energy bubble and you holding that space with ease and grace.
We celebrate that part of us that is pure and delightful light that guides us upon this life journey and that part of us that is our life form that gives us the courage and the determination and the skills to show up and perform in this life.
We bring the two together and we fully integrate our being of light and life in this beautiful magnificent being of life and light.

From this space we begin to move out in any direction with ease and grace.
