Open your heart and be here with us. It's a beautiful space. Every Friday we connect so that we can unwrap another one of these very difficult trauma signals, These patterns, That get embedded in our energy coding, Which are really not ours. It's quite annoying, But these are messages that get passed on by our family. And not just one or two generations back, They go back a long way. So we often have feelings or senses that don't make sense and feelings that hop into our awareness and we think that's ridiculous. You'll probably know that you've got an ancestral wound or pain if you are connecting with somebody and they say things to you like, That's not like you. And why must you always make such a big thing of this? Can't you just calm down and just relax? And they'll give you all that kind of input about this is not yours. They say it in a clumsy way, But actually if you listen carefully, You will hear them saying this is not yours. So my lovelies, If you've ever had that kind of rejection come to you where people have said to you, This is not like you, Or why must you be like this? And this message that seems to come through as a judgment, Shaming, Blaming, Or rejection, That's what we're going to talk about today. This energy, The trauma signal of rejection. It's not a good one. And we all know what that's like. And we really don't like being in that space where we feel disregarded, Shunted, Pushed aside, Rejected. It's not good for us to hold that energy in us, But it's doubly painful if there is a wound, An ancestral or an ancient wound that's also wrapped up in that as a coding or a pattern, A signal. We have the capacity to feel on many levels and many dimensions, But the wounded, Rejected child, If there is a wound of that in us, It's going to feel very owie. So just honor that, My lovely. There are levels of rejection. One of them is just straight out rejection. Go away, Don't come here, Don't play with me, That kind of straight out rejection. But there's also subtle rejections. And I think those are actually harder. So when someone outright just says, Listen, We're done, I can't be doing this with you anymore, Then we can actually honor and respect the honesty in that and honor their decision. We can find that big person in us that is able to do that. But there's other levels of rejection, And that is to be dismissed or just subtly left out where people feel like they're playing games with you and you're not invited and you're the only one that's excluded. But there's no explanation. It's that underground, That subtle, Conniving kind of rejection that's very sticky-icky, Isn't it? We can respect, Even though it hurts, Even though we might be disappointed, Even though we might not understand, At least there's a level of integrity inside of it or a level of honesty. At the very least, We can plug into that. Let's come into the space together. Let's hold the energy and hold each other and just wrap our ethereal arms around each other, Our wings around each other, And hold the space as gently and as kindly as we possibly can. If you can now, Right where you are, Settle down, Put your feet on the ground, Get connected to something that feels like this is where I am and I can trust it and be sure that I'm being held right now. See if you can do that. Let's take a deep breath in. Then a long, Slow out-breath and drop, Drop, Drop right into the place where you are now. Just drop all of your stories, Your burdens, Your weight, Your sadness, Your heartache, Whatever you're holding, My lovelies. Just feel like you can drop this into the arms of gravity. While you're doing that, Have the sense that you're being held anyway. Gravity is holding you. This is such a small little thing for us to connect into, But it's so valuable in the moments when we feel like we're wobbling and we just can't hold it together. If we can be in the moment and the space and the place where we are and just drop our awareness, Our energy, Our burdens into that and feel that we are being held. If the earth hasn't wobbled you up, You haven't fallen off the edge, You're still here and you're still feeling that pain within you, Then acknowledge that. This feeling, This wound, This deep ache, This longing, Acknowledge it and trust it, That it's there for some reason. And you being the clear, Beautiful, Kind, Loving, Generous, Hearted, Delightful being that you are, Can feel it. I know we would love to say, Oh, I don't want to feel it, It's just too awful. But my treasures, If we can feel pain and we can feel heartache and despair, Then that tells us in that exact same moment who we actually are. We can only know something as not belonging to us, As painful and outside of us, Something that hurts and connects in with us and makes us stop in our tracks, Gasp and try and get our breath back. We can only know that thing that is different to us if we are different. I really want you to hear that because sometimes that's the only comfort we can hang on to, When there is so much foolishness, Ridiculousness, So much heartache and misery, So much unkindness in the world. It's almost overwhelming for the sensitive soul and every one of us here is that. We are aware, We are light beings, We work in a different way, In a different calibration and that's why we find each other right now. Imagine that you can radiate out this unconditional love and light, Beams of this to every dear soul. Imagine if there were enough of us doing this around the world, In the space, In the place where you are right now. You are generating an energy vortex, You're radiating out through an energy line, A connection to the souls that are here, That know the story too. We find each other and we put our ethereal arms, Our wings around each other. Imagine how lovely that would be. Let's just do that now. Let's just spread our heart and our arms, Our wings and our love and we hold each other with so much love. Draw that love into your heart, My treasures. Draw it back to you and just hold it here at your heart. Know that you are a worthwhile, Lovable, Amazing, Beautiful being. That there is something in your life that you're witnessing and seeing and because you can see it and because you can feel it, You are the perfect one to bring healing towards that. It's the only way we can heal anything is if we can make an energy synaptic connection. Sometimes we feel a little bit too frail and small, Helpless or lost in the pain to do it on our own. But if we do this together, A collection of people who are conscious and kind, Loving and gracious, If we gather all our energy and we draw it into this point right here where we are and with our heart, With our words, Our intention, We radiate the energy that we know is the healing balm, The soothing of the troubled waters, The energy of kindness, Respect, Integrity, Honesty, Gentleness, Inclusion, Harmony, Grace, Peace, Alignment. Bring in all those words that mean something to you that you can feel them, Not just hollow words. Feel the word or a few words that you know so dearly that your soul wants this to appear in this lifetime and it wants to manifest and create through you. That you are the beautiful one that is able to bring it in now. That's us in the space right now. So you hold the space of your heart and we allow ourselves in this moment to honor and feel what it feels like and what we've experienced that holds us in the idea that we have been rejected. And we say to our beautiful being, I wonder what that's about. Right now we might go to the place, The space, The person or the situation to link ourselves back into that scenario. Then do that. If that helps you to get it, To grasp it, To feel the travesty and the pain and reconnect to the disappointment, Do that. But don't stay on the person. The person is only the gift that is linking us in to a thread of consciousness. Something that must be cleared and soothed so that humanity can take its next leap. So if you can do this, Bring your awareness out and maybe see the person on the end of the story that delivered this message to you. Painful, Sad and awful message. And know that our inclination is to just stay at the end of this thought synapsis and stay where the person is and feel annoyed with them or feel how we might retaliate or ignore them or block them or whatever thing is that we decide we're going to do. We might stay there and then continue to stay there because then the brain has locked on to something that's tangible and known and the brain is always going to do that until we can become a little more sophisticated in the way of thinking, Processing. But right now that is the mechanism that supports the linking to others, To a thought, To a connection. So go there and be with the person who's delivered that message. Take a breath, Be in the space where you are and see now if you can step out of your bearing, Your human sense of self. Take one step back behind you in your mind's eye and then take another step back and witness yourself in that space with that connection to the other that has brought you pain. Stand in witness to your situation. The moment you can do this, Your witness, The one that is you, That is enlightened and aware, The one that wants to work with us because you know that this is your gift. If there has been a consistent pattern of this story coming in through your life, It's because you haven't finished your process with it. This is how to finish it. Stand in witness, Go back one, Two or three steps and see yourself in that scenario and notice you, Your reactions, Your words, Your back and forth, Ping pong, A game of ping pong. Notice it and then as you are noticing the story, Ask yourself, But I wonder what that's about and I wonder why this keeps coming in. I wonder if there is a thread of awareness, A story in here that I need to pay attention to. Because we've stepped out just one, Two or three steps, It's a little bit easier for us to do that. It becomes a little easier for us to hold the space now without connecting into the drama. We can see it and we can feel it, But we're not connecting in and sending our brain into those thought patterns that want to ruminate on the story and keep it agitated and keep feeling our wounds. Why do we do that? Well, Of course we do that because this is where we've got to lock in the story, The connection so we can disconnect. Until we've connected with it, We cannot disconnect from it. No use running away and closing the doors and slamming a door shut and pretending that doesn't bother us. It bothers us immensely because we have beautiful, Sincere, Loving, Gracious hearts. So of course the brain is going to attach and keep going and playing that story again and again and again until we are so thoroughly sick of it. We either escalate it or escalate ourselves. Just see if you can honor the connection to the point where the pain is. I know this sounds a bit weird, But just try it my lovelies. What else have you got to do? Nothing to lose. As you hold it in that space and as you honor the person that has been playing in that space with you, Ask your being, Is there something I need to see? When you see it, Thank your beautiful being for being able to stand back and witness the full scenario, To notice the repetitions if that has been a pattern, And then to say, But it is consistent. It's ridiculous. Of course it is because you, My love, Are the healer. Now you've got the connection. Once you've got the connection, We can go two ways. We can either drop down to the complete misery and the fight and the horribleness of it. But honestly, There's enough of that energy in the earth we don't need anymore. Or we can stand back here in the place of witness and say to ourselves, What could I do to release this person from having the story with me? Now listen to that carefully. It's not saying, Can I feel better about it? You feeling dreadful about it is part of the plan. It's part of the setup because then you pay attention and you do some work. But ask that next question. I wonder what it is that this person is sending to me as a message. Get that message. I wonder what I can do to let them go being the messenger in my life of this point of pain. I wonder what it is that I need to let go to help them stop playing that hideous role. Have you ever thought of that? Have you ever thought that it is you that is locking in the story, Not the other that keeps happening and coming in by some chance? It's because you don't finish the process. In a way, We are holding each and every other person hostage in that karmic agreement. They said they would come and show you what you need to clear and work on. But in our stubbornness and our arrogance and our absolute love of being correct, We can't see that there is one more step that we've got to do. That's a natural reaction because we have been doing that reactive defending, Deflecting, Denying, Distracting, Detaching, Destroying. We've been doing the pushing away energy for the entire human story. And now we stand on the brink of coming into something else. Something else. We cannot play this game of defend and deflect and destroy anymore. We just cannot do it any longer. We've got to grow up now and take that next step. I wonder what it is that I can do to release this other person from the misery of having to play this messenger in my life, Bringing me a message. I must accept the message and I must clear it because that's my job. I said I would do that one part. And this treasure who's staying true to their karmic agreement, They're playing their part superbly. Some people will continue to play that part. It's okay if they continue. We don't need evidence that the other person has changed so that we can say, Oh, Then I've done my work and I've done the right thing and I've released it and I've released them from having to play that hideous role of messenger. I got the message and I released it now. Why isn't the person behaving in a better way? Well, First of all, They might just be going for an Oscar. So they're probably going to get that when they're finished doing this life journey. And the other thing that might be that they are playing that role with others and have other karmic connections. We don't know what those are. The divine design is and it's in place. We don't know what it is, But we can know what is our connection to that divine design. Where do we stand in it? Because we have that ability to stand in our awareness now and bring ourselves into a heightened consciousness, Know that we are the beings that know something else. We know something else. That's why we're bothering about everything. The moment you acknowledge that and see that, Honor you, This beautiful being of light that knows something. Then we can stand here and start to look at every message that is coming into us. We are only going to get these messages at this point of the structure we're in right now through the other humans, The other people. The connections and the collisions are bringing us an awareness. Later on, When we're much more advanced, We won't need this kind of technology, This kind of connection with each other. We'll have other ways to process and understand that are beyond the calamities, Connecting, Colliding with each other. But right now, That is the setup. So use it. Use it well. See who you are in it. Look carefully at what they're delivering to you. Take that gift. You are the one that knows because this rejection, This humiliation, Or this unkindness that is coming to you is hurtful and painful to you. You know that it's painful because you know it's not a truth. And you know there is something else. You are the holder of a God code. You are the holder of the divine design. When we plug ourselves into that and we remember there's something else other than this that is showing up in 3D dimensions, Smashing us in the face with a contrast, We know something else from a much higher frequency. So then we activate it. And that's what you do now. You take a breath. And in your awareness, As you stand here in the story, Open your heart to that dear soul that's given that message to you. And in your heart and in your soul, Say to them, I've got the message and I release you for all time, All fields, All dimensions. I release you and the contract, The agreement that we created so that I could see. And I release you from that. In whatever way you wish to move forward now in your life, May you do that with ease, Grace, And flow. May you be guided, Loved, Held, And supported. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please forgive me for not seeing it sooner. Please forgive me for holding you hostage in this arrangement. I see it and I see it now. And I understand it with all my heart and soul. You release them. Please forgive me. I'm so sorry. I love you. Thank you. Then come back to you. You take a breath and come back to your heart. This beautiful heart that knows something and we release to that which we cannot even fathom at this point. Something else is going to unfold through this magnificent kindness. We must just remember how to do this. It's going to be our greatest challenge to learn how to do this, To remember it, And to consistently reconnect in this way. May you be so blessed in this as you start to create new pathways, New neural pathways. But not only that, These incredible collective, Connective, Synaptic energy fields, We're starting to open them up. It's incredible what's coming. You do that. You be here on purpose. You show the light and the love that you are because that is who you are. So much love to you, My treasures. Let's take a deep breath into that. And a long, Slow out-breath. Beautiful you.
