Welcome to this guided meditation on gratitude.
Begin by making yourself comfortable.
You can take a few moments to settle into the space,
Perhaps placing a cushion under your sit bones or making any other adjustments that invite your body to relax.
Roll your shoulders back,
Notice the opening in your chest.
Soften all the little muscles in your face.
Find some length in your spine and close your eyes.
Become aware of your breath.
Notice the sensation of the breath coming in through your nose,
Filling up your whole body and gently releasing.
With each breath,
Feel that you are becoming more and more present.
Present in your body,
Present in this moment,
Here and now.
As you become more aware,
Start to imagine what the feeling of gratitude feels like in your body.
Often we experience sensations based on our external reality,
But we can consciously create feelings and sensations in our body solely based on our internal intention.
Start to consciously generate the feeling of gratitude.
Imagine that every cell in your body is being turned on by the energy of gratitude.
Feel the sensation of gratitude throughout your whole body and notice the feeling expanding into the space around you.
Imagine that your aura is being filled with gratitude like specks of light.
Consciously generate the feeling of gratitude for a few minutes now.
Remember that gratitude has the energetic signature of something that has already been received.
The more often you exist in the frequency of gratitude,
The more you magnetize experiences with this frequency to you.
Now that you have shifted your energy,
You can return to your physical reality with the awareness that you are the creator.
At any point throughout the day,
You can take a moment to consciously create the feelings of gratitude and shift your personal reality.
