Hello and welcome to the storm.

This is your transitioning a change of being.

An implementation of a new way forward that you have divinely requested.

Congratulate yourself that you are here.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Allow yourself to relax.

Ensure that you will not be disturbed.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Relax the shoulders,

The arms.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Gently close the eyes and relax a little deeper.

Allow yourself to relax deeper as you listen and focus on the sound of my voice and the words I am about to say.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Somewhere within you the core essence is called for change.

You may be consciously aware.

You may be not.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

The storm is a transitioning,

An integration into a new way of being,

A new dynamic.

Your external experiences will already be showing you this.

So take a moment to reflect upon your present circumstances and what life is showing you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

When you view things from a different perspective,

You are seeking a different dynamic.

Let your eyes become the eyes of the divine and rise above any present or past situations.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

View your experiences from a higher place of purpose,

Peace and compassion.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Bring into the forefront of your mind the change you desire to be.

Be open and be transparent with yourself.

Silently ask for divine intervention and guidance to help you transition,

To illuminate the way forward and what right here,

Right now,

You need to know about you.

In order to have different experiences,

To take the storm,

To transition,

You must know what needs to change within yourself.

It is never about another.

Only then can you navigate yourself out into an ocean of opportunities.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Silently request and ask for the old you to be released,

The old ways that aren't working for you,

The ways of seeing,

Perceiving,

Thinking and feeling.

Ask that that is released.

Ask your higher power and an infinite intelligence that will work through you and for you.

The beauty of unconditional divine love is accessible to you at all times.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Your willingness to take this transition will create a new resolve.

The new resolution will present itself,

You do not have to find it.

You are reconstructing and redefining a new mode of being.

This will take your commitment to time out,

Entering into a sacred space to create a greater relationship with yourself.

Reflect upon the balance and harmony you would like in your life and let this picture come into the forefront of your mind.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Reposition your life and leadership in a way that reunites you with your power,

Purpose,

Passion.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Bring into the forefront of your mind,

Wonderful relationships,

Fabulous connections,

Collaborations that allow you to excel and a community that unconditionally loves and supports you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Heighten your personal and professional values now to a whole new level of humanity and reflect upon how you can serve in a bigger and greater way for good.

You can return to this gentle meditation anytime you choose.

The more you do,

The more you will take the transformation.

Bring your awareness back to the room where you are resting.

Take a stretch,

Open your eyes and know you are safe to proceed from here.
