And slowly flutter the eyelids closed.
As you start to ponder what your boundaries are in this new world we are all living in,
Creating a wish list may offer a way to shift your thinking from what you're anxious about to the positive experiences you're looking forward to,
Offering us a sense of hope and freedom.
Give yourself permission to go slow.
As you ease into new activities,
Remember be gentle with yourself as you reintegrate into society.
Let's take three deep breaths here.
Focus on the breath at the entrance of the nose,
Feeling that cool air coming in and the warm air going out.
Try not to control the breath,
Just bring your attention to your breath in this very moment.
Allow any thoughts to come up and know that a busy mind or an agitated body is perfectly normal.
It's just the body in the mind processing.

Now bring your awareness into the center of your eyebrows with the eyes closed.
As you gaze there,

See the colors and the people around you as you visualize every detail of standing in your own power and experiencing a more authentic way of being throughout your life.
