Let's begin this manifestation moment making meditation by slowly connecting to your breath.

Feel your inhales and your exhales.

Witnessing in this moment how your body feels.

Starting with the very tips of your toes,

Just bring awareness to them.

Slowly gliding your attention up your body.

From your toes to the soles of your feet,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs.

Gently guide your breath to your lower back,

Your pelvis and your hips,

Through your abdomen,

Your chest.

Fill your lungs with air.

Touch your heart with your breath.

Witness your hands and your arms and your shoulders,

Your neck,

Relax your jaw.

Gently just bring your attention into the very top of your head.

Imagine your entire body surrounded in a beautiful golden light.

Stay here for a few moments just breathing.

Now bring your attention to someone.

Someone that you're looking forward to spending time with or talking to or simply thinking about today.

See this person in your mind.

Notice their special qualities.

The characteristics that you like.

Feel their energy with yours.

Be in this moment with them in your mind right now.

Feel it.

Feel the positive emotions that come along with it.

And send that time some of your precious gratitude.

Send them your love.

And now shift your attention to a situation that you are looking forward to being present for today.

Visualize this moment happening for you right now.

See yourself there.

Be present with it.

Embody the emotions that come along with being present in this moment.

And once again,

Send it your gratitude.

Take a nice sweet breath.

Now visualize a place.

A place that you are looking forward to being present within today.

See the details of this setting in your mind.

Where are you?

What colors do you see around you?

What sounds do you hear?

What feelings do you have when you are in this special place?

Wherever this is,

See yourself there in your mind right now and embody the feelings that it brings to you.

Take another nice deep breath.

And this time,

Choose a particular moment.

A time that you are looking forward to being present within today.

See this moment in your mind.

Whatever it is for you.

See it happening for you right now.

Feel yourself present in that particular moment.

And once again,

Embody the feelings that it brings to you.

This is how we manifest.

We see the places,

The people,

The situations,

The moments that we want to be mindful within.

And we align our energy with it by being present and embodying the feelings of it right now.

Now let's return to this special moment.

Connecting to your breath.

Smiling,

If that feels good.

Just witnessing and acknowledging how you feel right now.

Henry David Thoreau said,

Live in the present,

Launch yourself on every wave,

Find eternity in each moment.

As you take a few more long,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

Welcome this moment.

It's a fresh start.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and have a beautiful day.
