She has over 13 years of experience working in the mental health field both with county contracted agencies as well as for-profit companies and private practice. She has been a manager and clinical supervisor supporting the next generation of therapists in honing their clinical tools. During the last decade, she has obtained mindfulness certifications, attended Mindful Self-Compassion courses with Dr Kristin Neff, as well as specialized in anxiety, trauma, perfectionism and imposter syndrome.
