The first question has to do,
I feel like I can still see behind my closed eyelids and sometimes I see shapes.
Is it bad to focus on those shapes?
So there are different ways to focus during meditation.
The one that we are choosing to embark on is to focus on the edge of your nose and your nostrils as you breathe.
So basically since we decided to intentionally focus on the breath,
Anything else that distracts you isn't very bad,
It's just a distraction.
And do not try to imbue meaning to any of these distractions.
So it is possible and very probable to see different images and shapes and distractions when your eyes are closed.
Do not try to ascribe any meanings to these different shapes and images.
Most important thing is to focus on the breath and to be mindful of the inhaling and the exhaling of your breath.
