Good morning.

Begin by sitting or being comfortable if you're still in bed and letting the body gently wake up.

Allow your eyes to soften or close and place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Take a slow breath in through the nose and a long easy breath out.

Again,

Breathing in presence,

Breathing out any heaviness from sleep or yesterday.

Feel the quiet pulse of life inside you.

The simple miracle of being here,

Being alive,

Being held by this new day.

And now gently let this become a prayer.

Beloved life,

Beloved source,

Beloved love itself.

Thank you for the breath in my lungs.

Thank you for the body that carries me.

Thank you for the heart that continues to open even after everything it has known.

Today I choose love.

Love in my thoughts.

Love in my body.

Love in the way I speak to myself and move through the world.

May I treat myself with tenderness,

Patience,

And respect.

May I listen to my needs and honor my limits.

May my inner world become a safe and beautiful home.

If I am walking in partnership,

May love deepen between us.

May our connection grow in honesty,

Warmth,

Devotion,

And mutual care.

May we meet each other with open hearts and regulated nervous systems.

May our love become a place of rest,

Joy,

And shared becoming.

If I am walking single,

May I become an open invitation to healthy love.

May I release old patterns of urgency,

Of fear,

Or proving.

May I recognize love when it arrives in steady,

Respectful,

Embodied ways.

May I trust timing,

Wisdom,

And divine orchestration.

Whether partnered or single,

May love move through me today.

In my choices,

In my boundaries,

In my creativity,

In my generosity,

In my courage to remain open and true.

May I be guided toward connections that nourish my nervous system,

My soul,

And my becoming.

May I offer the same safety and sincerity that I seek.

Take a slow breath in,

And a soft breath out.

Feel these words settling into your body,

Into your cells,

Into the subtle field around your heart.

Today,

I walk in love.

Today,

I choose presence over protection.

Today,

I trust that love is meeting me in seen and unseen ways.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes or lift your gaze,

Carrying this prayer into the living of your day.
