Take a nice,
Deep,
Letting go breath.
Relaxing your body all the way down.
Bringing awareness now to your face.
Feel your cheeks,
Chin,
Jaw.
Feel inside your mouth,
Roof of your mouth,
Tongue,
Teeth,
Gums.
Feel the insides of your cheeks.
Feel your lips,
Lips,
Bottom lip,
Top lip.
Feel your nose.
Feel the breath as it moves in and out of the nostrils.
Feel your eyes,
Right eye,
Left eye,
Both eyes together.
Feel your forehead,
Top of your head,
Back of your head.
Feel your ears.
Feel the outsides of the ears,
Inside the ears.
Feel your ears receiving sounds.
Feel your throat,
Neck.
Now feel the center of the chest,
The heart center.
Bring awareness now into the right hand.
Feel the right thumb,
Right index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Middle finger.
Feel the palm of the right hand,
Back of the right hand.
Feel your whole right hand alive with energy and sensations.
And feel the right wrist,
Forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Right shoulder.
And feel the center of the chest.
Now bring awareness to the left hand.
Feel the left thumb,
Left index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Little finger.
Feel the palm of your left hand,
Back of your left hand.
Feel the whole left hand alive with energy and sensations.
Left wrist,
Forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Right shoulder,
Left shoulder.
Feel the center of the chest once more.
And feel the front of the rib cage,
Sides of the rib cage.
And feel the back of the rib cage.
Feel the shoulder blades,
Middle of the back,
Lower back.
Feel the sides of the waist,
Belly,
Pelvis,
Pelvis.
Feeling the right hip now,
Right thigh,
Knee,
Lower leg.
Feel the right ankle,
Top of the right foot,
Bottom of the right foot,
Toes,
Pelvis.
Bring your awareness back up to the pelvis.
Feel the left hip now,
Left thigh,
Knee,
Lower leg,
Left ankle,
Top of the left foot,
Bottom of the left foot,
Toes,
Pelvis.
Feel the whole back of the body resting on the earth,
Feeling supported.
Feel the front of body facing skyward,
Feeling expansive.
And now,
As you continue to rest,
Breathing deeply and easily,
Repeat after me quietly in your mind.
