You have come to a calm spot where your heart can open up.

This is a place that doesn't have a time,

A place where love hasn't died,

It has changed.

A place where you can remember,

Get in touch and unwind.

Take some time to feel comfortable about your body.

Feel the weight of your legs and the stillness of your hands.

Close your eyes if it feels right and begin to follow your breath as it goes in and out slowly.

Picture how each breath you take makes you feel relaxed and how each breath you let out lets go of stress,

Anxiety and worries.

Breathe in and out.

You are safe,

You are not alone.

Let your body feel your awareness moving through it.

Start at the top of your head and work your way down,

Paying attention,

Relaxing and letting go.

Let your forehead go.

Keep your eyes motionless and let them relax.

Let your jaw go.

Make your neck and shoulders more flexible,

Let your chest breathe and make it easier on your tummy.

And it's okay if your heart feels weak or tired.

This is a place for everything,

Love,

Desire,

Peace and warmth.

We are going into the natural world.

Picture a trail through the woods in your head.

You are at the edge of a peaceful forest that is full of golden sunshine.

It is getting late in the day.

The sun feels good and the trees look like kind guardians as they stretch skyward.

You keep going.

There are leaves and moss on the path you are walking on,

Which is really nice and smooth.

With each step,

Your breath gets deeper.

With each breath,

The world gets quieter.

There are birds up there singing.

A breeze that brushes on your skin.

The smell of pine,

White flowers and something else you know and adore.

Something that reminds you of home.

Something that makes you think about them.

As you walk,

The trees pull apart a little and you can see a clearing ahead.

It is still,

Peaceful and waiting.

In the midst of the clearing,

A place to remember,

Meet and love.

And then you notice something moving right in front of you.

Something well known.

It's three.

They run to you as if nothing had changed.

Their tails are moving.

Their eyes are bright.

They are aware.

They remember.

They are with you.

You kneel down and open your arms.

They come running to you and hug you.

You can feel how warm they are.

The hair on their body.

Their heartbeats were steady and familiar.

You stuck your face in them.

You laugh.

You cry.

You take a breath.

And they stay with you just like they always do.

You are getting together again.

You can now sit together under the huge tree if you wish to.

They might curl up next to you or put their head on your lap just like they used to.

You don't have to talk if you don't want to.

But you can also say,

I missed you.

Thank you.

You gave me a lot.

You might hear something back like a feeling,

A whisper or just a knowing.

Let it happen.

This is your time.

Be completely with them.

Let love flow without trying to grasp on.

You don't have to make it last.

This place is in your heart.

It's always here.

You can stay as long as you wish.

Now,

When you are ready,

You look into their eyes again and don't see any sadness.

Just love.

Have faith.

Speak your mind immediately.

If you want to hear something,

Listen now.

You stand up when it's time.

They take you back to the road.

And even as you go,

They stay,

Still watching.

You don't have to say goodbye.

Just,

Thanks.

I'll see you here again.

And you will.

Now it's time to return to the present.

Feel your breath again,

Steady and soft.

You should feel your body where it's resting.

You are back in the present.

But you still remember them.

They go with you in memory,

In love.

If you want,

You can put your hand on your heart.

Hear its beat.

This is your compass.

It always leads you back to love.

Take one more deep breath.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

This is your compass.
