This meditation is all about love.
The love we can give ourselves,
The love that we can share with another,
And the love that joins us collectively.
And right now,
Love is needed more than ever.
So let's make the space to connect to more love now.
Find a comfortable space,
Whether seated,
Lying on the floor,
With your eyes closed,
Or softly open.
Choose what feels best for you in this moment to give yourself the gift of stillness.
Settled in,
Let's begin with a few cleansing breaths to start turning inward and being present.
This is your time.
Breathing in,
Notice the sensation of the air moving through your nostrils,
Filling your chest and moving down into your belly.
Exhale and release the breath,
Taking another in to calm and to center you.
As you become more relaxed,
Notice your mind,
And let it begin to release the grip of your thoughts.
Start to let them travel in and out of your awareness.
As you do,
Take another deep breath in and out.
This meditation is about love,
And being so,
I invite you to travel within and move your awareness from your mind to your heart.

Explore where you can love yourself more.
Where can you tap into more self-compassion,
More empathy,
More self-acceptance?

Let's move this love outward.
Envision your love as energy moving from your heart into the heart of another.
This love joins.
This love heals.
This love connects.
Who can you send more love to today?

Imagine this love energy traveling to all,
To every person,
And every community,
All over the world.
This love needs no words,
But is felt and understood by all.
This love unifies.
Breathe into this collective love,
This oneness.

Begin to return your awareness to your heart.

More open,
Expansive?
Are there any areas that need just a little bit more tending to?
