Lying on the floor or the bed,
Knees bent,
Soles of the feet on the bed or the floor or legs extended straight out in front of you.
Letting your head,
Shoulders,
Back and hips sink into the surface that's holding them.
Keeping your arms and your elbows on the floor,
Moving your hands to your lower belly.
The space just beneath your belly button and feel the hands gently rising with the belly on the inhale and lowering with the belly on the exhale.
Just noticing that lift and sink of the hands with each breath.
And on the next inhale,
Directing the breath beneath the hands,
Increasing the inhale and the rise of the belly.
The hands lifting higher with the belly on the inhale and letting the exhale just flow out naturally.
Every inhale,
Directing the breath under the hands,
Increasing the lift of the hands and the exhale just flowing out naturally.
Every breath,
Every inhale,
Lifting the hands a little bit further as we increase the inhale in the belly.
And letting the breath return to natural,
Just flowing in and out without any control.
The breath just breathing naturally,
Inhale and exhale.
Still feeling the movement of the breath underneath the hands.
Noticing your quality of being,
How you feel.
